Complaint for after sale and service
Dear consumer team
The company is not providing replacement of my toilet seat cover (brand name is parryware) even its in guarantee i have attached the bill and products photo but company technician said it will be paid. my complaint no is CAM/050123/03.
Flush problem
We have an old model closet and flush. The flush is not working and we have to close the tap once the flush tank is full. Could you please send someone to check out the model and see if we can get a replacement?

I did complain but technical person giving everyday false commitment for visit date , and now
