I bought a ceiling fan on 3rd June 2018 which is not working. I complained with the customer care and got a complain number. Even after 96 hours there is no response, i called the customer care again and they gave a new complain number. Pls solve the problem at the earliest. Pritam Chandra, Faizabad.

Very poor service

I purchased 3 liter gizer on Dec-2017. during warranty period geyserr out of work. i complain registered your service center on 30/9/18 but no any person attend why? comparing other companies your service very poor hence why I purchased your product.

Deficiency in service, harrassment to the customer

Orient is the worst brand I have ever come across in my life. They have such a poor quality products that people should only buy them if they are ready to risk their lives with the poor quality electric products. I bought a geyser which had leakage in the tank right from the beginning after so many follow ups they changed the tank of new geyser. And now on Tuesday night that geyser tank burst resulting in gallons of hot water splashing on one of my family member. Now when I am trying to contact the area manager or the service manager they won't pick up the call as they are aware of the incident. I have mailed them, have tried every possible way to contact them but all in vain. only way left is to go to the court or get it published in a newspaper so that people get some awareness and not go for this brand.

Fan not working

Sir 3 din phele complaint Dali thi fan ki. 24-48 hrs ka time Diya tha na hi koi call ayi na hi koi technician aya product in waranty hai
