I have a Kenstar Little Cooler DX, whose water pump is not working. How and where can i get it replaced?

Water pump not working in my Kenstar water cooler. I want it to be repaired.

Motor or fan not moving. Only humming. This is in warranty period. So please you repaired my cooler. Mob 9650917919 Patna. Model KENSTAR AUSTER XW 50 LTr Water.

Hi,

I registered a complaint no. 0054 dated 18-10-2018 of Geyser tank leakage. The same day your engineer came and check the Geyser and said it's need to replace and they sent the report to company. Till now the problem is same nobody came to change the Geyser. Daily i am following up with the customer care officers and always they replying that they send the urgent replacement request. It is really worst situation that nobody taking it serious. It is requested please do the needful asap.

I have a good kenstar stallion jars but my mixer grinder body burnt and it is spoiled can I get new mixer grinder body with out jars, I will pay for it please reply as soon as possible.
