I have purchased new inalsa maxie dx on 24th November 2014. Withing a week of usage the juicer jar started to leak . I contacted customer care. Mr. Kamlesh Soni - phone number 09427800245 came to check my unit. He took the whole unit for repair. When he came back n was checking everything he tried to fix the jar to unit n he broke it. Thus he took the Jar back with him for replacement. Its been more than TWO months... I contact him every alternate day.But he is showing me lame excuses and showing no interest to give me New Jar. I am a senior citizen and i start my day with fruit juice. His negligence causes me lot of trouble. I am looking forward to get quick response from your company as I have even previously used Inalsa mixture for years and got good service from the machine and Inalsa Company.

I purchased a food processor of your company (inalsa) on 3/3/2014. It functioned properly till 1yr,6months of date of purchased. But, now it's motor didn't function properly & some time gets fused. I contact to the store(m/s shiv crockery store)owner in UP (bijnor pin 246701) for the misbehavior of the motor they said that the motor will be replaced by new one. When i complaint first time the repairer man repair it. But after few days again the motor do misbehavior & get fused. But,now the store owner didn't take our problem seriously that's why we need your help to solve the problem as soon as possible.

LI purchased. Inalsa food processor a month back thro amazon online shopping and gifted to a friend. From the day one it is not functioning. I am struggling to locate service centres at Chennai / Bangalore with no success I feel I am let down. Please post genuine addresses and phone numbers on net. I have not seen a single positive feedback on this item. It is a very bad experience for me.

I have been happily using Inalsa Maxie Mixer for the last 18-20 years. Mixer Jar was not functioning properly during last March. I have lodged a complained with the Customer Care on 25.3.16 numbering 1441 in turn M/s Sant Services, Noida contacted me and my Jar was replaced on 28.3.16 against consideration of Rs.700/- But this substandard new jar was broken during use in less than 3 months period while we used old Jar for 18 years. The Co. is advised to continue to maintained its standard & reputation and replace our Jar free of cost for which Complained has been registered today bearing No. 2033

After having used our Maharaja Mixie cum grinder for almost 25 years without facing any problem, for a change to suit our status, on insistence of my wife, after lot of survey, going by the credibility of Inalsa which is handled by one of our family friend we purchased Maxie 'Plus Wonder' from Sushil's Departmental Store, Dehradun vide receipt HP:3946/10.01.14.

After lot of persuasion, technician came for demo who was very brief. He only opened the box there were problems with Jar lid ... also jar handle had a crack. Some how due to complex function, wife did not use for quite some time. Few usage have been made recently .. now we notice lot of sparking (huge) inside the plastic body though motor is working. We are upset .. called sevice center 'Star' they are asking Rs 250/- since warranty over. Could u advice.

Reading comments here, gives a very bad impression and we doubt our decision to buy Inalsa Product.

i have inalsa maxie premier food processor, its centrifugal juicer has a fault. I have contacted to customer care many times since January but they do not assisting us. every time we contact them they said they would do it tomorrow but they never did. never trust inalsa customer care.

I have bought Inalsa inox1000 food processor from amazon . When i got the product it had already damaged parts.so we applied for the return within few hours. After this we got a call from inalsa representative and said that please cancelled ur return request we will send u a new product.first we didnt agree but she compelled us to cancel the request and take new one instead of broken product.she called us in a regular basis. After that we agree and she sent new product which has also broken lid of the jar.

Now the problem arises here we call the inalsa customer care for at least two months (when i got the inox food processor) they didnt even registered my complaint. more over the design of the inox food processor is very useless. They make small blades and big jars. When i use the grating blade for grating the carrots , only small portion of the carrot is grated rest of the carrot (big chunks) fall in the jar because size of the jar is much more bigger than the blade. In end u have to put chunks from the grated part. So please not to buy the inox product.

I had purchased a water heater on 3 Dec 2018. A Nos of request lodged for installation through Toll Free No as well as email. But bloody ra****s neither reply nor contacted with customer till date.

All are requested to Never purchased INALSA appliance because their service is bogus.

I received an Induction cooker (Rapid cook) through courier in the last week of Dec.2018. After 10 days of use it became out of service.I contacted through phone and got the complaint register vide no. referred above on 15.1.2019. On 16.1.2019 I got an sms the the work is allotted to technician Nainder verma with a secret code. But till date (ie 28.1.2019) no body turn up for the service. In the meantime I contacted on 25.1.2019, madam Sonia received the phone an assured that work will be done on 25th evening itself, but all in vain.

Again I contacted on today(28.1.2019) madam Deeksha was on phone at 10.30 am who assured me that she will back on phone after half an hour. When no call came I again contacted at 11.07, this time madam Sakshi was on phone who very confidently assured me that I will receive the sms or phone call from the company shortly. To my utter surprise I have not received any call by now upto12.50 pm. Please look into the matter.

I bought an INALSA Fiesta Lx food processor 650 watts. It does not have s small Jar. The existing Jar not suitable for preparation of chutney for a small family. For that an additional small stainless steel Jar required. In the market number of jars available but it is not suitable being a peculiar setting for the jar. Surfing it found that INALSA also not having this. Let me know the device centre at Agartala Tripura. Now the customers are in trouble for service

I bought storage water heater model PSG25N on 05 Dec 2018. Its tank is leaking very badly for last 01 month. I have registered my complaint vide registration no: UPS190928001 dated 28 Sep 2019. On of the technician visited my place on 01 OCT 2019 and checked the device very casually and went back saying that the tank has to come from Delhi and it will take time. Its more than 08 days over, the person has not yet turned up. Please advise someone to attend the fault on immediate basis as I can not wait for such a long time. Very bad experience with inalsa they are least bothered about their customer. I had registered my complaint many time but there is no response, even they are not taking my phone. They are not having any kind of supportive nature. Sorry to say but I will not suggest these products to anyone.

I bought an electric kettle in October 2021 from Amazon. Only after 2 months it's not working. Tried my best to contact customer service but failed. After regular attempt Complaint was registered o0n 17. 01.2022 but till date there is no response. Now customer service is also not taking calls. Site of Inalsa is also not opening so that further complaint may be lodged.

In nutshell please dont buy inalsa product as product and customer service both are worst.

I purchased a Ayush 3 burner stove from Big bazar Kharagpur on 19 November 21 vide bill number memo 0135771 St 4802 Tr64050 at 12:46 CH 55600. Product was packed as per your reputation I couldn't check it. After put it in my qtr I went on long leave. After back from leave I opened the the package on 15 Jan 22 and found only one burner stand and two were missing. Please do the needful and provide two stand. I respect your company. On that day I purchased about 25000 rupees items from Big bazar.

Bahut hi Unprofessional log h aur misbehave karte h customer ke sath jab product ke baare me baat karo to. m to ye kahunga ki jo bhi mera ye comment dekh rahe h Inka product kabhi bhi purchase na kare because aapko support to milna nahi h ulta jab aap bolo ki aap complaint karoge to bolte h karo aapki koi nahi sunane wala.Maine inka product pehli baar use kiya aur ye nahi chala khair m to kisi local se thik kara lunga but inke misbehave aur unprofessional behavior ke baare me batana jaruri tha.

The motor is burning too often. Last time motor was replaced on 29/11/22. The motor again got burnt on 25/01/23 , in less than 2 months. It is certain that service center is supply ing locally rewound motor. While original motor is guarantee d for 5 years why replaced motor lasts for less than 2 months?
