I am Anil Gupta. I had taken loan of Rs 20,00,000/ which i successfully conduct till Jan 2016. Your kind and positive behavior sectioned me loan of Rs 1.74cr which conditioned to foreclose the present loan for disbursement of new loan. So i have closed present loan. Mr Rakesh hardiya support me a lot. so i thankful to all of you for lighting me the path of new amplitude.

I have a request for preclosure of the loan account 909/2328 and three other consequent loan account taken from Bangalore office due to heavy interest rates. I have been asking for closure statement since 28th Nov 2017. I m delayed unnecessary and given on 4th evening after official banking hours and asking me to close before 5th of this month , i.e., today, if not asking me to pay this month's emi also, which seems to be unethical. It's purely a CHECKMATE to prompt customers like me.

There are no preclosure charges which applies to my loan as per the sanction order.Ur bank is exploiting me by levying preclosure charges forcibly which was not specifically mentioned either in writing or oral communication. Again a CHECKMATE for customer making him confuse what to do and what not, as the dates keep moving and the interest keeps raising.

I was told by Mr. Avinash over a phone call made on 30th(as I was still not given the closure letter) that the prepayment charges would be put only after negotiation with the customer. But it was not done so.

Pls consider my request for not taxing me the preclosure charges. Being a prompt repayer since inception, I have been asking since a year to reduce the rate of interest for which there was no response from the bank end. Hence I had to approach the other competitors for Balance transfer and enhancement of loan.

Even today, if your bank is giving me an opportunity to continue with a rate of interest of 10% overall,... with no second thought I will be continuing with the existing loan.

If ur bank is kind enough in considering my request, I can even find chances for different business with your bank in future. In case u don't require dignified, disciplined and prompt customers like me, its a real cheat game that is played with customers by GRUH.

One of the staff in Bangalore office mentally harrased me even at the time of availing the loan for which I have the email records exchanged from the bank.

Please treat customers with dignity. Don't squeeze our blood. It's a request.

I have taken loan of 104000 thousand from hdfc gruh finance on fix interest rate for 3 year. I have asked regarding subsidy to satara office, they told us u have already in scheme, you are not eligible for that. I don't no why they say, I have read terms condition of pantapradhan awas yojna. No such clause are seen in the rules.

Pls inform higher management level to inform to customer clearly. If u are not able to give us subsidy I want to transfer my loan to other bank. My mail Id.is jaymore88 @gmail.com.

Kindly note I have been given loan by your Boisar branch in the year 2010 against the laon account no. 310/1598which as per the sanction letter was for 15 year tenure. I was not provided this sanction letter and the branch executives had directly coordinated with builder and at time of loan sanction the sales executive had taken my sign. After cont. Followup with Virar branch where you transfered my loan under new loan account number 413/2224 I received the sanction letter. Which clearly states my loan tenure as 15 years. The ASM (Mohan) and CSE (Miss Pragati Jadav) said me that because my home is on variable rate of int my loan tensure has been changed to 29 years. Which is really horrible. Secondly I asked them for calculation on the same and had also send them a mail but still now i haven't got any reply. All my loan EMI dues are paid. My loan int rate had increased just 2.8 as per statement from the time I have taken the loan till now. WHY my loan tenure have increased by 15 years (that has been doubled)

Unless I receive the clear calculations on the same I will not paY any furthet EMI to you.
I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED GRUH COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST COMPLAIN NO. 9989765

मैंने मेरे रिटायरमेंट के पैसे से अपना आधा लोन पटा दिया है
उसके बाद से मेरा outo debit फैसिलिटी को बंद कर दिया गया है और indirectly और पैसा दो उसी के बाद outo debit फैसिलिटी on करेंगे बोल के पिछले 05 महीनों से घुमाया जा रहा है
