Sir. I have purchases one 1 cake(50 Nos) CD-R from a shop at Cochin, Kerala during last month. When I try to use this month, I found that it is not writable. I thought that it is my PC problem and contacted my PC repairer and found that CD is not usable. I have tried 12 Nos. CD to burn but it is in a vain. I have not kept the bill. From cover it was learned Mfd. is Aug./2014(One CD No. 3MM0 3 D5140828 06 24 57 46584). Pl advice me what I have to do.

You guys do not have an official website for download of drivers for your devices whenever required. I have a Webcam from your company and have been running from Pillar to Post to get hold of a website that can provide me with the driver.

Please do something about this.

My model no. is FT-2251.. plz send the software to install in my computer IN WINDOWS 7 32 bit.

When I am connecting my webcam (the usb to usb port and the round shape port to the round shape port) I ma facing audio issue. Neither I can hear the person in a meeting nor the person can hear me, There is no VIDEO issue both of us can see only audio issue.
