Very less life of clutch assembly may be due to poor quality
I wish to express my dissatisfaction over Non approval of replacement of vital parts under Extended Warranty i.e KIT CLUTCH, SLEEV T/ OBEARING with reason that is not covered under Extended Warranty due to Wear and Tear Parts.
It is explicitly mentioned in Extended Warranty Guidelines as mentioned below.
Clutch:
Clutch pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, master and slave cylinder. (Failure due to worn or burnt clutches is not covered).
I strongly wish to express my regret towards the same, because My driving habits are very clutch friendly, my daily commuting does not involve any traffic congestion and hence clutch is subjected to minimal operation i.e. Wear & Tear, I have no bad habits resulting in abuse of clutch, and cannot believe wear & tear is the cause of this problem, and cannot believe My Fiat Punto clutch can go wrong in such short span , My punto has just crossed 46500 kms, I doubts about the quality of clutch assembly as compared to quality of clutch assembly of my other Fiat vehicles. I was having 3 Uno vehicles with me 1 Diesel version, 2 petrol versions diesel version crossed 78000 Kms. Still clutch is intact , petrol versions , I vehicle 37000 and other one 52000 clutch intact. None of the vehicle has given me trouble and have no resentment towards the performance. To my astonishment I am shocked that my Punto clutch assembly has gone wrong in such a short time. I have faith that Fiat Vehicles are dependable Vehicles and hence I have Fiat Vehicles with me and wish to continue with that faith. I am aware of Rubber parts are not covered under extended warranty, even only one Lower arm is approved for replacement I wish to replace the other one under paid services to get proper performance and get uniform life of all my four tyres recently replace (100 Kms).
I once again request you to kindly check the quality of clutch assembly and consider my request for replacement of the same my extended warranty which is valid till Feb 2016. Your early reply will be highly appreciated.

Poor sales department
I am Jaikumar from Erode, my contact no 9944524240. I bought Fiat Punto evo 90hp on 20th feb 2018 in SRT Trans Cars, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Very poor sale executives, no response from them after sales. They made a huge mistake in form 20 of my car. It results in wrong bhp, sedan instead of hatchback, wrong hypothecation bank name. Every thing wrong in my RC book coz of useless fellows careless. I spoke to AGM and sales executives but no response from them, not attending my phone calls.
Plzzzz don't give dealerships to these kind of nonsense it ill spoil ur reputation. I ill never go for fiat in my life again this is the last one. Learn from maruti suzuki see how they handle their customer aft sales and service... But u people treating us like a dog. After getting full amount no response from u.. My mobile no is 9944524240.
