With great disappointement , I am writing this complaint that I have done my booking for Hampton Inn & Suits, by Hilton Toronto Airport, Canada from you site for the dates 30 June 2018 to 06 July 2018 vide iteneiary reference number 7350185730964 dated 12 May. I have cancelled my booking much prior that is on 17 Jun since I could not proceed due to some unavoidable reasons. As per policy of the hotel and you booking rules it was totally full refund on the booking if cancelled well in time. However I have been charged 01 CAD on my CC on 01 July (today) which is not done. I suggest you kindly investigate the matter and refund my charged amount at the earliest. I would like to raise this issue if the matter wouldn't be resolved. I have received a cancellation confirmation mail by Expedia on 17 Jun itself with full refund then why this amount has been charged over my CC. Please get it refund and give a confirmed reply to me at the earliest. I am sorry but, It was a very bad expierence this way with you.
