Very very poor booking and installation services.

Order new set top box through Dish TV site after paying Rs 1358 on 06 Oct after appx 20 days the item not yet delivered and no body is giving any information that when it will be delivered or not. Pathetic Service.

My setup box not working complete but 16oct2021 but no-one call me. I call customer service daily call but no reply from any one. recharge 16oct 20213 months recharge my amount return back please. I disconnect your dishtv.

Hi,

I have received DISHTV ZING BOX VSC -NO02730560101 by 2july 2023 order from website of Dishtv. I trying to activate connection from last sunday to till date but my complain is not resolve by DISHTV team every time i called for activation no they doing only formality and not providing solutions. I have send Manny time text msg for activation but my connection still not activated.

Need to relook by a senior team to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Mere setup box ko TV ki 3 pin wali lead ko kaise lagaye. usse pahle LED me chalta tha to HDMI data cable lagta tha, ab LED kharab ho chuki hai. mai TV(me lga kr dekhna chahta hu). kaise TV ka pin kisme lgaye khi 2 ya 3pin (yellow, red, white) pin ko lgane k liye jagah hi nhi diya hai. Kaise set kre. Please tell me something.
