I bought airdops161 in may 2023. Both of them are not connecting simultaneously. I have tried all the things given in brochure but they are not connecting. So i want to claim my warranty.

I have purchased a boat smart watch wave neo in sep 2022, now that watch is not holding the charging properly and its sensor is not working. So I like to clam my warranty.

This is regarding ticket raised to resolve my boat rockerz 225. As I submitted the defective product on the authorized service centre and was promised to get my new earphone in next 5 to 7 days. Now when i am trying to get real time help there is only a pathetic AI bot all over the place saying the same thing over and over agian. It's been more than 7 days and I am not able to even check the status of my new pair. Please help if anyone is hearing !

My order no.5202216 since last 8 days order not delivered & no trecking on any pletform of boat.answer only by machine send my order or give me refund my payment.ithink it's my big mistake to order directly to company.if I order on Amazon they delivered my order in 2 days .very much hurt by your company system. solve my problem.

left side prop of my bot airpods 131 pro was not working so i gave it to service center to replace it After the replacement, I opened the box which was delivered to me and I got a used product. What should I do now? It's very disappointing service.

Dear team,
When I gave the headphones to the courier person, the headphones is well condition (not damaged) . And the courier person accepted it only after checking.

I don't know how the headphones became damaged. You can also confirm with the courier person that when I did the handover, its condition was fine.
And if the headphones get broken by the courier then I am not responsible for that. You talk to the courier and give me the solution.

Need to replacement ASAP.
