Customer care no is not responding
We try to complain about my table fan to customer care no. That have giving in warranty bill no one receive those call about 20 minutes it a very bad service given by bajaj electrical. if like these gone one day no one can by a bajaj product. It smash on bajaj electricals.
Non-attending of Toaster by your technician
Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention that I had lodged a complaint for attending my Morphy Richard Pop-Up Toaster in your customer care number on 27.12.2017 and was assured that this will be attended on 28th. Reference : KOL 2712170013381137-1 through SMS on 27.12.2017 10:00hrs from the service centre.
I got a call from one Mr. Naskar on 29th. December that he will visit my place at 2:30PM on that day. Unfortunately, he did not turn up. Even my efforts to contact him on his no.: 8902806123, could not be connected even after numerous tries last being this Morning, a while back. It's unbecoming of an organization like Bajaj Electrical.
Urge you to take immediate steps, failing which I will move the matter to the highest level at Bajaj Electrical and bring the matter to the notice of print and social media.

Poor service
I am using two Bajaj storage heaters (Majesty 15 litre model) since April 2015. In one heater, in the past two years, coil has been changed 5 times. Every time, technician comes and changes the coil. Even though the warranty period is 3 years, last year service team has collected Rs 950/- for coil.
Now again the coil has gone, and we have been suggested to change the coil. Why the coil is going so soon in one heater? In the other heater, we have no problem till now, since two years. Both are being sued on daily basis.
Service manager Mr. Ramamurthy could not be contacted at all, in spite of several attempts.
With out analysing the root cause, changing the coil each time cannot be the solution. I am going through lot of agony, because of the poor service and poor attitude towards customers.
Hope you consider this seriously and take immediate action.
Bajaj motor /quality and replacement are in different price
Dear sir/madam
I have purchased the motor of bajaj company (DC 2014) from annupurana service centre 1st Floor, Swaminarayan Park, Shakmarket Road, Ranip, Ahmedabad - 382470, Opposite Mangaldeep School with price 1330 in date 25/04/2018. After few days motor is not working and bajaj care annpurana service centre cannot replace motor. This is a company policy new motor cannot replace 5 day running after that not working. Bajaj company manufacturing bad quality of motor or your customer care service centre person replaced old motor with new one. Pls give me feedback. it is company image. After that 01/05/2018 call to customer care for replacement of cooler motor. than purchased new moter with price 1650 with give me warranty of one season. bajaj service centre person come for replacement of moter. ln bajaj service centre Ahmedabad price is differ from service centre to centre is the policy of bajaj company .

Very bad after sale service of Bajaj electricals
Your service center vivek sharma is running in satna m.p.,when we spoke to him he said you contact to local machanic & resolve your problem to local basis we are not entertain after guarantee and warranty period.
in future we never buy bajaj product.
Not attend my Complaint 1 November to till date
I Have purchased 'BAJAJ GAS STOVE' from Jai Laxmi Fancy Stores on Date 01- July - 2019.with one year guarantee.
But after two months gas stove pin creating problem, so i have complaint this problem to customer care (Complaint date 1 November 2019). Complaint No. Is - 19114782. One mechanic visited home and open gas stove regulator say that we will replace this regulator with in 1 &2 Days. But After 7 Days When I call to Bajaj Gwalior service center Archana Mam pick up call and say that company not giving that part so we can't help you and provide Soniya Mam Mobile No.. I have 2&3 call to Soniya mam but she did not pick up my call, when i again call to customer care then he get my talked to Soniya mam, then she said we will solve this problem with in Saturday. But today is Tuesday and 19 - November -2019 ,but i am still suffering from this problem. But they all are making me fool from 1 November to still date. Bajaj service is very bed and i promise i will not purchase any item of Bajaj.

This is my humble request, please Refund my Money i don't want to take this Bajaj Gas Stove. Within 1 November to 20th November trouble period only my complaint number has been changed. How i don't know.
