I have been travelling on Vistara Airlines for the past few months. I am listing three of my travels in your Airlines.

1.12.4.2018 Delhi to Chennai PNR: WAYED8 eticket No:2282401420209
2.10.5.2018 Chennai to Kolkata PNR:UOHGEI eticket No:2282401466891
3. 4.7.2018 Chennai to Delhi PNR: TN5TRS eticket No. 2282401581896

I am a Member of Parliament and I need to claim reimbursement for my tickets from Parliament of India. I had booked my ticket using mobile app. and my frequent flyer No:119033390. In other airlines when I book a Ticket I will receive Itinerary Receipt in my mail with ticket fare. But none of my bookings made with Air Vistara I have received my eTicket or Itinerary Receipt. Hence I could claim reimbursement. I am pained to note that shifting my loyalty to Air Vistara from other Airlines has left me in trouble. Hence please verify my books mentioned above and send me eTickets for all my journeys immediately to my email ID: tkselangovan @gmail.com.

i have booked the ticket with vistara airlines through make my trip but due to pandemic situation of covid-19 we were unable to travel with vistara and we cancelled flight with vistara but the refund has not given back yet. i am calling on customer care no. with vistara as well as make my trip but didn't get results yet.

Sir mera PNR No R8X4QK . Mera PNR no ke sath mera full refund amount likke vej dijiye,taki my ageke liye full refund amount ka process karsaku.

I want to change my name on the ticket from Fatima Bano to Fatima Begum as I have mistakenly written Bano. The PNR no is PGXS36 dated 6th January flying from SXR to IJX.

In your company name from north 3 people had taken our money telling that they will offer us job. but waiting waiting this is 5th month. please help us to get back our money please.

I traveled many times by flight .. but it's first in vistara. It's a very good airline.. but I got a fault on display regarding changes in gates although it was not a mistake by itself yet actually confusing. We can never accept like mistakes.

I was travelling on the 14/12/21 on UK 855 from Delhi to Goa in Premium Economy Class . I had booked the ticket well in advance.

1. I did check in Premium Economy Class (Seat No 3C ) with my check in baggage at the Vistara check in counter at Delhi airport on the 14/12/21.
2. I was issued the " Premium Economy boarding pass Seat 3C and accordingly proceeded for security check.
3. Surprisingly there was no boarding announcement for Premier Economy class passengers at the boarding gate and I was made to wait and board at the last moment..
4. To my utter shock and disbelief at the counter before boarding the shuttle bus ,one of the Vistara ground staff actually snatched my boarding pass and promptly wrote 10C (Economy Class). at that moment I could not understand what was going on and later came to know from a fellow passenger that we were all are being downgraded without any prior information.
5. As they say "to add insult to injuries " The ground staff was handing over a paltry sum of Rs 1800/- per passenger and forcing them to sign " a settlement for no further claim and rushing the passengers to board the flight at the last moment.
6. There was a pandemonium while getting on to the transit bus and on the tarmac which was deplorable.
7. Few passengers were refusing to take the flight and wanted back their checked in baggage from the pallet already loaded in the aircraft.
8. Having due consideration for other fellow passengers already seated in the aircraft I had to literally beg the agitated passengers to take the flight which was definitely not my job. The ground staff had no clue how to handle the situation . All they were concerned was to somehow make the passengers board the aircraft . it was a pathetic scene on the tarmac. Not at all acceptable by IATA standards .
9. I have been a loyal Vistara customer and felt really humiliated .
Never in my life have i been down graded with no information .
What were the ground staff thinking ? why couldn't they make an announcement before boarding and give the passengers a clear picture. why keep the Premium Economy passengers in the dark.
No transparency and such acts should be seriously condoned.
10. This act by Vistara amounts to cheating and coercion . The price of economy class tickets on that flight was much less than the amount charged at the eleventh hour just before departure.

Moreover there was no options available to the grieved passengers to opt out from taking the flight.
This is unacceptable and non negotiable.

In view of the above despicable behaviour on the part of Vistara staff I seek suitable compensation and remedial measures so that in future Vistara passengers are treated with respect and compassion. I hope to hear from you soon in this matter , failing which I would seek legal action and put this on social media.

After the opening of the economy, I've started traveling more often and this is the first time I experienced Vistara after lockdown. It was a wonderful experience. The amount of facilities added to ease my flight are great and in very reasonable flight costs. Indeed it has the quality that only a TATA product or service can deliver. Kudos!!

I have taken Vistara flight from Udaipur to Bhubaneswar via Delhi on 27th Aug'22. And when I reached Bhubaneswar I found my bag was soaked in water and brand logo was missing and there were prominent scratches on the bag. I contacted helpdesk person but they couldn't help in this matter. I am very disappointed with the services, PNR - 6JR76K. Flight - UK628 / UK781.

Uk 964 Mumbai to delhi on 5 oct 2022 vistara.J aikumar seat no. 25 D pnr no.M6Q39U. Bad food.... when i eat i got problem stomach.... vomiting, loose motions for 3 three days. My doctor said all problems got by food.

I will send notice by my lawyer about food poison so soon. because I paid 45000/Rs for my treatment.........or file case in consumer forum.

Today I traveled on Vistara from Ahmedabad to New Delhi and my luggage was left behind at Ahmedabad airport. So I complained in lost and found but the staff there was very rude and unprofessional.

Had excess luggage, one of the flight attendants was charging me a lot of extra and was being very difficult.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided by Vistara Airlines during my recent travel. As a senior citizen, reliability and comfort is important for me, but unfortunately, my experience with Vistara fell short on my expectations.

There was lack of assistance an delayed services. The meal delivery and response to service requests, were noticeably delayed. This caused inconvenience and discomfort, particularly during the flight. I hope the company takes my complain into consideration, and improves the overall quality of service for senior passengers.

I was travelling for the first time with vistara airline. I would love to share my good experience about the staff office vistara airline at Delhi international airport Riddhi mam bunch of thanks to you for helping me out with my issue. Hamza really help me throughout the flights process burning process and went beyond their limitations. The person who was travelling with me consulting doctor due to some issues his luggage was delayed and sent by the next flight as that was very important beware trying to connect to the customer care for 3 to 4 hours but I received the worst worst and worst ever customer care from this airline. I would highly recommend do not invest any of your time keeping and being on hold for customer care calls they do not think and just passed your time which is more precious.

Meanwhile at Pune airport I made Sakshi and yukti who help us out throughout the process understanding are situation they were quite up to the mark and help us out. Because of Riddhi Hamza yukti and Sakshi we were able to be survive through the process and humanity is still alive because of such people. But I would highly also share the negative side of customer care Roshan who miss guided me with that extra luggage trolley bag amount then followed by Akash who is also customer care employee who kept me on hold for 2 hours and not resolving my issue at all/ I believe those people created all the chaos and I was the victim of there unprofessional unethical and uneducated skills. I will highly recommend vistara to change their customer care party to some educated once will guide the first time flyers thorough and authentically.
