Tried recharging my mobile through UCO bank online banking, but it was unsuccessful. Although money was deducted from my account. I am confused about how to get my money back, the customer care numbers have no info regrading this.

Dear sir/Ma'am, i am unhappy to share with you. Many a times i gave my phone number to the bank manager at Rajgangpur branch, pin code 770017, to register but it's not been done yet, whenever i give a miss call to get my bank balance, i get a message by saying please register your number. i am really unhappy with the services that you provide to the customers.

Dear Sir, I wanted to add a beneficiary to my NEFT account. All details were accepted and I was asked to generate OAC which I got on my mobile number. However when I entered the number, the message comes that it could not be processed due to "error condition." Kindly look into it. I am in Mumbai. Thanks

It has been about three yrs since i have been allotted cust ID and Password for e-banking, Not even once it has worked. My ID and PASSWORD has been changed more than twenty times yet whenever i try to login it appears Application Error contact your banker. Now it has become a headache for me. I do not want to change the bank as i have about forty yrs old relation with the bank. Please do something.

My e-banking not open it always shows invalid password or user ID. I also submit my KYC never the less I can not open my e-banking. So, please rectify the system as early as possible to open my e-banking and obliged.

I would like to inform you that i had Rs 38000 in my net banking account but on 14-06-2016 i received a message on my mobile stating that Rs 37000 has been had been withdrawn without my knowledge. I am really confused as i want my valuable money back and i am really dissatisfied with uco bank and i want to totally close my relation with this bank.
