Hi, Bought a 6 months supply of softlens toric from your authorised seller (Optical place Lajpat nagar-2 Central market, Nd-24 Shop owner Bhavneesh Pahwa. They were scratched and had handed over the same to the shop owner on 6th April.(Only one of the 2 packs- left eye).

Writing a complaint to request for replacement. Kindly look into this and send me a fresh pair asap. Have been a regular user of the same and this is the 1st time such a thing has happened. I can be reached at 9810129858. Regards- Chandni.
