I applied for credit card to SC Bank one month back but their has been no news about it since then. Neither customer service or people working at the bank are able to tell where my application went. I wasn't expecting this from a multinational bank, even Indian government bank are better than this.

I opened your website and logged on to your net banking and clicked the Cards page and opened the same and clicked on the 'OTP' section for MasterCard and went onto that page and I entered the Card no. and I entered the password and the next page was the 'Verified by Visa' page instead of the MasterCard page.
I did this several times thinking I may have entered the wrong card no.but the same Visa page opened instead of the MasterCard page.

I immediately called up your Standard Chartered office to help me out but he couldn't also even though he stayed with me every step of the way. Kindly check from your end regarding any technical problem and revert.

I am holder of Titanium card no. 554623290665XXXX valid upto 09/20. I have done at least 4/5 times phone on your 24x7 mumbai centre but it turns off if any information is not given like cvv etc,it does not pass on line to phone officer to hear my complaint.Anyway my grievance is that i have recd statement for Dec 2017 which is in credit of Rs.423/ approx but sms alert send on my mobile phone says that i need to pay the amount and it is overdue how come? I want clarification in this regard.Can u please check the record of credit card account and correct the mobile message or arrange your customer care officer to speak to me on my mob 9769730886 pl. I am a German citizen and paying Tax at Germany. My Passport No. etc. are all lying with SC Bank at Kolkata. Why I have to fillup the Form. I am also staying in Germany.
