About two months ago in the month of May 2016, I had applied for taking up Coca-cola agency. Please refer the docket number 614839. In these last two months I have made numerous calls (1800 208 2653). I have received a standard reply, that my request is under process. Two months is a pretty long time. It would be fair if a more specific response is given.

At "om super market" in Rani sati marg, malad (e), mumbai. I purchase limca bottle after tasting I realise that it is expired. I also known that bottle expired before approx 2 month but seller denied to take return do some action.

I found a fly in unopened bottle of coke. I informed you about this issue in your sealed coke bottle i have also sent some pics to your email.

Regarding our cocococola freeze, its not working from few weeks. we raised complaint also but nobody is visiting to clear the problem and no response from them. we did not see such a worst service. We are facing a lot of problems without freeze,Complaint ID is 690083. Kindly solve our issue asap.

I have found a spider in my thumbs up 1.25l bottle and I m going to complaint in consumer court also.

This my very bad experience while drinking a brand drink (thump s up). In sealed and filled bottle there are insects..... this is really very bad. Coca cola is very big brand and provided this type of very bad quality. Today onwards i stop drinks of this brand and i will tell to every on in my contact not to drink coca cola products.

I don't get a product supply easily. I gave my document 1 & half year ago than 6 month ago in this january my freeze was passed but it's not deliver to me. when I contact to the customer care those guyz dosen't give me the right info...what can I do??? Nobody give me the right answer, every man in this company have only one answer.... we are trying sir...we are trying. if in 20 days I ll not got a freezer then Ill complain in the customer forum.

I talked to the customer care officer and other helpline centers 1800 208 2653, 1800 121 1010 etc. I mean i've tried all the way but I didn't get any kinds of help. I asm 80 years old and have serious stomach problems. I have been advised to drink ONLY KINLEY WATER. I purchased a dispenser which receives 25 Litre bottles. I have been your customer since August 2004 in Hyderabad, Telangana. Recently we moved to an Apartment complex at Road No. 12, Banjara Hills. Since coming to this address we had contacted an agent called UPPENDRA REDDY. His mobile no. is 9989993006.

I understand there is another person called Harrish 7995465736. About two months go we had quite a bit of trouble getting the FOUR bottles. Finally with the intervention of a political contact, we were given the FOUR 25 liter bottles. I am at my LAST BOTTLE now.

I had called UPENDRA TWO days ago. He keeps promising the delivery but fails to deliver. It is possible he was upset at our last delivery when some government official's intervention was involved and hence Uppendra is angry with us. I would request your help by either directing Uppendra to deliver the THREE bottles immediately or arrange some other DEALER in the Banjara HILLS area to deliver the water bottles to me. I just have a supply of ONLY TWO DAYS left and I am a sick man of 80 (eighty years old) with serious stomach issues. PLEASE help me as soon as you can.

The office Manager of our Complex called ROCK LEVELZ, on Gulmohar Avenue , Mr. GIRISH AGARWAL9951753451 also tried calling UPPENDRA around 3:00 PM today and Uppendra promised to deliver within 1 hour. Now it is past 6:00 PM. and no water has been delivered.

Please help me and try to save my life itself. Please find a new DEALER if possible.

Sir, Since last two years I'm running a canteen in GM UNIVERSITY ,SAMBALPUR, ODISHA having strength about 7000 students and it is the only canteen inside the campus . After several requests the company has neither provided a display freezer nor they are able to provide products as per our requirement . We are shocked that a company like coca cola is unable to provide freezer and products that to on cash payment..

Rejected date the thumbs up nd coca cola bottle for 200ml and 750 ml complain the distributor will be not accepted my complain customer r complain me so pllz accept my complain.

Yesterday I purchased a 400 ml bottle of minute maid pulpy orange which has mrp scribble on it for rs 60 and I have paid the same amount for that. At first we were not thinking of buying it (because of its price) but when children with us forced to buy that, we purchased that. And today I got informed by my friend that real mrp for minute maid is RS 30 AND NOT RS 60. Please look into the problem.
