i have purchase 2 mattresses in feb 2015 together with one year warranty. but one had gone unserviseable. when i had registered a complaint two months later, the customer care executive he told me that one team will come to your home for inspecting the mattresses. no team come to me till date. is this your service. your brand is enough, but i m not satisfied your service. do something for your faulty product and replace it as early as possible.

I lodged subject complaint on 17.02.2016, an executive from your Jammu office visited my house on the same day and recommended for replacement of the mattresses. He called me on 20th for replacement, but till date he has not replaced the mattresses in spite of the fact that we have contacted your representative so many times over phone. He is making excuses on one pretext or the other. His contact No.is 9796288800.

Please look into the matter and revert.

I had bought a mattress in 2014 of august and in less than a month the mattress was damaged a complaint was made and was promised a free replacement .

Now its 2016 and kurl-on after cancelling my complaint without any replacement or letting me the customer know whats happening with the complaint. This is the 5th time i am trying to register a complaint and every time a free replacement get approved and my complaint gets canceled. i have made over 400 calls to your customer care and every time i have to spend 15 mins trying to explain about the complaint with no response.

After 2 years of dealing with kurl on i got a
mattress - rs25000 used 1 month
phone bill over rs 20000 over 2 years
bad back - rs????? for lifetime.

thanks kurl on for your lovely customer satisfaction . hope your company prosper for another 10 years too. to all the kurl-on customers all the best to a life time of

My complaint No.1796437 made on 18-10-2016 against the mattress purchased on 18-9-2016. The inspection team person (Mr.Aradhya) came and found that there is sagging of more than 2 and half inches and took different pictures. But when he went back he had given the report in cms instead of inches what he had noted and the complaint was closed by the company. Again I had to raise another complaint on 25th Oct (No. 1841167) but still the service team had not visited. The service is very bad.

Defective mattress complaint no. 2203566.

I have purchase mattress from reputed shop in pune in Dec 2016, But in one month the mattress has worn out all over the mattress the coir has gathered and block s of coir are formed.I reported to the shop he has asked me to lodge a complain with Kurlon on 18004250404 i did the same on 8 April 17 and recd complain No 2374191.Second days i received call from kurlon that engineer will visit your home and check the same. On 9 April Eng visited he checked the mattress took photo also checked bill and warranty card,he informed that it is manufacturing defect and we will replace you the same within week time.On 20 April 17 i call 18004250404 it was attended by Mr Feroj Khan i asked him about my complain status,he informed me that as per their complain status it is writen that the mattress will not be replace.What a joke,Company Resp informs that the mattress is defective and will be replaced and on other hand it shows it is OK and cannot be changed.

Dear Sir

This has reference to my complaint referred above informing the Sagging of Mattress. I am writing this mail to bring in your notice the lapses in resolving my complaint even in more than three months from the raising of complaint and subsequent survey by your specialist.

I had been constantly following up with your call centre however every time I was informed that the complaint will be resolved soon, but till date I have not heard anything in this regard from Kurlon. It appears that Kurlon is not interested in resolving the complaints of the customers even during warranty period and making their customers suffer for no fault of theirs.

Now the condition of the mattress has further deteriorated and even the springs have started hurting the back while sleeping. I request you to kindly take necessary action without further delay for replacement or repair of mattress else I will be forced to take the shelter of consumer forum which you may feel unpleasant at your end please.

They are giving money back guarantee for delivery on 10 days but mine is 15 days cross still telling lie.

I have brought a kurlo-bond Mattress a year but it has a problem and the kurlon customer care sent person for verification. 1st person said i will inform the company to replace it and after 1week i call their office they said there is no replacement for your Mattress. I asked the service person he said, i had informed the office for replacement. Again i called the customer care they have taken my complaint as fresher and sent an another person. He also said call this person (Suresh) for more information. I have called him, he has given an vijayawada office number, i called the office they said we will deliver it within 2 days. After 2 days they said Ramzan no one is here to deliver. From 20 days they are saying different reason, From 1 week when i called to their office someone is lifting the phone and saying that nobody is there to talk. Today one person has answered the call and " He(Khasim) is talking very carelessly with us. When I asked him about the Mattress he saying Ah! Ah!, anything we ask he saying Ah!. I asked him why are saying Ah! for everything.
He said I will talk like that only, what you can do, you can do.

Such a irresponsible person and no respect for Customers and they are not giving value to the customers in service.

I haven't seen such a worst service help in Life.

There so complain in kurlo bond matters in last 6 month, I have complain no. 261989.1 month before your BO Subham dubey came to visit and said to replace with in 1week but from 1 month he is not responding and very bad in way of responding. I am going to consumer forum and I have call record voice record of Shubham dubey very bad service of matters. BO shubham dubey, and customer care also not helping there customer only transferring my call one to another.

I purchased Kurlocoir 78*72*4 vide invoice no. R-91 on 16th of January, 2020 from Shree Radhe Enterprises, Railway Station road, Bargarh, Odisha. But within one month of use we could recognize that it was a defective product. It was sagging in three spot for . In this regard we contacted the dealer, who recommended us to mail to customer care to investigate the issue. In this matter the dealer ignoring my calls. Also Customer Care not responding. This type of ignorance was not expected from your end.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a replacement for my Kurl-on mattress, which I purchased on 17/07/2023 from "FURNITURE N' FURNITURE". Despite being within the warranty period, I have noticed significant sagging in the mattress, which is causing severe back pain & discomfort affecting my sleep quality .
