Very poor customer service
Since from October I m raising the request for repairing the v guard geyser but being addressed till yet.intially once the technician come and mentioned that parts need to be replaced which is in guarantee and also mentioned that if It would not be in warranty he could have replaced in a day but as it's in warranty it will take time. Post that when I called that guy he told part not available. And more than 1 month it's now nothing has happened .I am calling customer care on daily basis then says they will escalate but nothing happened. Very poor service of v guard will never recommend anyone to purchase v guard product

V guard fraud
Dear sir aapka franchise owner saanvi interprise uttar pradesh, azamgarh ek fraud aadmi hai. worker se kaam Kara ke payment nahi deta hai. daily call massage karo. koi response nahi.
Poor service
Raising complaint since 30.08.2024 morning 9.14 AM, but everytime just one answer sir today we will do for sure. But till now (03.09.2024; 3:48 PM) not even technician contacted. Very bad experience better not to purchase any V-guard product. Highly disappointed 😞☹️.
