My self sushma. I was applying for the personal loan with the help of advertisement in news paper. Now i cant get proper response as well as communication from the two colleague of tata finance. Even they are not providing me the ID of company or land line number. They collect almost Rs. 70000 to Rs 80000 cash directly transfer to their personal account no. and i have all copies for the same. Hope fully you will take the action.
A/c no. ending with 3498. I have been receiving all sorts of notices in respect of above account and the funniest part is that i have never availed any loan facility from TMFL.
More, funny is the issue that the company has granted loan to someone without KYC. That person has given my email ID in the loan account availed by him. And the company of learned Managers has made my life hell by sending notice after notice to me. I am a senior citizen. I have written many times to company to rectify its record and remove my email from its mailing list but of no avail. Can somebody guide me with whom should i take up this matter ?
