Very poor service and bad experience
Very bad Experience to buy a product from your outlet. Poor customer service and unable to reach you for the complaint and staff are not good non cooperative including loading and unloading.
Bad service and not deliver product
On 17 June 2024 bought a Panasonic AC Barasat Great Eastern Retail. It will be delivered and installed on the 19th june. Since then the service team has been lying to me and giving me AC one date after another date. Till date I have not received the product. I contacted the store manager today and he said the same thing.They are not proper contact to me and not received my call. Phone after phone call all day long and I went twice myself then no answer till now.My humble request is that you take necessary action to solve my problem as soon as possible.It is unimaginable that such a big Great Eastern company would have such a very bad service.Contact - 9593553580.
