Dear Team,

We Myselff & My mother went to Woodland show room at No 10, Temple Road, V V Mohalla, Mysore - 570002 so on 2.10.2016 8.50 PM i entered the show room,while my mother entering into show room she met accident with front glass door(Only one door was opened but due to lighting she thought the door was opened)she suffered from nose damage & so much of blood bleeded.

So i asked shop keeper regarding why only one door was opened? then he told this is fourth incident & we are complaint to company regarding door locking problem & not yet resolved from company. My question is is there no proper safety precaution for customer?!!! My mother still not recovered from the accident, this is very poor response from world class company.

I bought a pair of sandals from the near by woodland showroom 6 months ago.It was dark blue when I bought. It faded very badly. I'm so disappointed about your quality. This is my first and last purchase from woodland. I'm going to share this to all my Facebook friends and make sure that no one is going to be in your trap.

I have been collecting money for so long and bought it for rs2000 and I'm so disappointed about your quality.

I have been using woodland shoes from past few decades not yet suffer any issue. I bought a shoe worth rs 4000 within 2 days the eyelet comes out and the store manager is saying we will mend it. This is hopeless buying so expensive shoe and get it repaired in two days. Sorry guys I will not get it repaired I want a replacement. pls take action as soon as possible.

I have purchased shoes for my father as a birthday gift, the quality of the shoes Is very bad. we had same shoes from woodland store. The price is same but it seems the product which I bought from this site is the FAKE. I am calling the number which they have provided but it is always busy.

I have purchased woodland shoes from your outlet at sector 4 city center, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand six months before but that shoes sole is fully cracked. This is my second woodland shoes within a year that soles is cracked. pl change my shoes as soon as possible i have submitted my cracked shoes at your outlet other wise i will take judiciously action against your company.

I gave my woodland camel khakI shoe for pasting.. After rework they exchange my shoe from other client. My no on shoe was 2034 but in their register there was 2032. They politely convinced me to take my shoe. Please confirm me my shoe status, is it right or wrong.

I have purched ladies hooded sweat shirt on: 22/01/2018 at Aero club shop code 5049 marathalli bangalore - 560037. Artical no.LWR 32 While wearing after 2days we saw in damage condition in the product in the right side hand. We returned to the same store on 04/02/2018 the repair slip no.CF 74 dt:04/02/2018. And after 1month I called store ph.08064510152 and I went, they returning in same condition. I ask for the store manager why you returning in same condition he said that cannot repair. Then I asked to manager then replace the product he said that is not possible. Then I said to him what is I am not taking back the product in same condition. He said me we cannot do anything. I not taken the product back.

Now my request is the product in good condition or replace or return my money back. If in this 3 option I accept any of them.

I have purchased the woodland shoes 2 months ago costing around 3695rs. The pasting in both of shoes got stripped & now i am not able to use them. After spending this much amount in shoes i expect it to use for a year at least & the quality that He does not meet the purpose.

Kindly look into the matter & do the need full.

I am regular user of woodland shoes. I bought shoes by last week of November 2017. I just used it few times but unfortunately the soles got torn when i was in an international conference within 3 months of purchase. I felt very embarrassed in that situation. So I request you for replacement of damaged ones at the earliest.

I bought a pair of sandal from Woodland store Palanpur India and the colour of the sandal is coming on to my foot skin. Now the colour from my feet is not cleaning I am trying from long time. I asked for return but the guy on the desk said that it is original leather, so the colour will fade.

I purchased a FWR Sandal GD on 23-7-2018 from my nearest branch at kphb colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Due to fitting issue i took back to the show room and asked for their suggestion. They suggested to extend strap so i agreed and left at the showroom on 21-8-2018. 25-8-2018 i went to collect my sandals and i was shocked total negligence from the person who repaired, he just added small bit of something which is in different colour and just gummed it. And its now coming of the gum easily i just tested it. They totally damaged my product which i have purchased for Rs.3000. And also the colour faded in just over a month. I already sent the photo copies through my email satyakiran.341 @gmail.com but still no response. you are worst at providing customer service, i have been calling your customer care number 1800103445, but they won't respond simply disconnect. worst of the worst customer service.

Even after writing mails and constant followups nothing is working out... All the time same old reply "We shall check with the concerned team & revert soon". Bad service.

Dear Team,

As requested please find attached the bill copy and replacement copy of the purchase done by me.

The purchase was done on 24th Aug 2018, surprisingly the soul of the sandals gave in within 6 days and have to take it your showroom at Panjagutta (Hyderabad - Telanagana). The team available there apologized and took the stock back and assured me the replacement within 20 days. Its almost the 25 days now whenever i am visiting or calling the showroom guys they are claiming that they did not get any update from Head office.

Just wanted to understand whether company like Wood Land is so poor in terms of service, have been a loyal customer of Wood Land since a decade, but things like this is seriously making me thing for the wrong decision i made to buy something from Wood land.

Request the team to action immediately on my request and do the needful.

sir I have purchased woodland shoe 7-8 months back. no M0 71497114 41 3 6. Afer using it for 20/ 25 days the stitch in front of the shoe in right leg got torn out. Today I got the time to visit the wood land shop at South EXT New Delhi where they could not repair it because the leather be;ow the stitch were torn out and there was no space left in the leather to repair. I use only woodland shoes n sandles. my request will be to do the needful. I do not have the bill with me. how ever I have paid through credit card. please help n suggest. contact no 9013335721.

It is very poor quality check procedure of company I have given my shoes since more than 35 days and it is yet to be returned back to me. I have more than 15 communications with care mail id but every time stereotype reply they will revert back but never revert. store says shoes has gone to Dehradun and even they are not aware when it will return back. product can have problem but here problem is with both product and service which is not acceptable and this cannot be sorted out unless they have robust system for quality as well customer care.

Sir/Madam,

with due respect to submit that I have purchased two jackets one women and one men on 30.1.2019 from the WoodLand outlet at Sangrur, Punjab, India. On wearing me jacket JC-308  Navy blue,  the jacket just for two or three times the color of jacket was spotted black from various places.Then I visited the store to file the complaint on 12.02.2019 they told me to get the jacket easy washed then it will be ok.  Then i get the jacket washed but the same could not solve the problem. Then I visited the store again on 15.02.2019  and they told to visit with original bill (I shown them scanned copy of bill as the original record was with them also). and the refused to verify. On 17.02.2019 I again visited them with original bill then they told it is out of warranty and ticked on the complaint slip. I also mentioned about my visit of 12.02.2019 on the Repair slip. I contacted the time and again and on 16.03.2019 they told me that the jacket got repaired and I can collect the same. It is worth to mention here that an artcle of three thousand Rupees has been mentioned as poor quality on repair slip.

While I went for collection the same problem was still there. They told me to take it as it is and use for a week or two and then again file repair complaint,, which I refused to accept as the article was not in condition to accept. 

My bill for purchase of same and repair slip is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Kindly do the needful to replace the article on priority basis. In case the product is not repaired/replaced I have no other option then going for legal remedies or taking up the case to consumer forum.

Hoping for an early action please.
