In salt lake u have a retail store .I purchased a Sumsung fridge from your shop.From last 7days they are harassing me .My article not yet received . please take necessary action for your customer .

Hi,
Please note purchased a Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton capacity from the Dwarka sector-7 New Delhi outlet on 28th April 2024. As mentioned in the advertisement, the installation was free, but I was charged Rs.1400. The service Engineer who visited for the installation broke the glass while working. The Voltas team also enquired informed the service Engineer was not from the Voltas. Please help as the executive at the outlet is not responding.

Samsung brand tv is dead when opened
Sir, Good evening,
I have purchased one 55" tv samsung brand company tomorrow dated 10.7.2024 from Great Eastern retail store Jawahar Park Laxminagar East Delhi-110092. They send a one tv installation mechanic Mr. Danics who mobile no. 8766249247 and fully install in my wall . But as he given the electric current so do not open the tv or any other line come this is totally dead piece. find-out company mechanic dibba pack piece find out Samsung company is sold me a defective piece. Kindly give me fresh new piece issue me and take out own defective piece.
