I have booked tickets ahmedabad to delhi rajdhani and i paid rs 1300 for free cancellation, total amount paid 7872 include free cancellation charges, while on cancellation i got refund 6320-/ only. on asking customer care they replied this charges like insurance you will not get any refund, if this charges not opted only 240rs suppose to deduct, they are telling that 1300 charges are for not deducting 240 rs, it is totally fraud practice, they didn't mentioned in their bill that rs 1300 is not refundable.
