Ordered a lock online from snapdeal which mentioned free installation of the door lock. I called the Godrej customer care number and requested the door to be installed. Today its been a week but no one came to install it. Very poor service.

I lost my handbag in which I had my almirah keys. The keys were for godrej curvo almirah lock which I had installed two months back. I can wait for almirah to be opened but don't want to break open the lock. Any solution, if I can get a master key or key for emergency opening so that I don't get the lock broken.

I purchased today a padlock ACE pro 6livers from a Aluva Ernakulam shop. It’s MRP is 275/- and on my demand they issued a bill showing Rs 270/-. I doubt it is duplicate. I can upload it’s picture. Plz confirm it is genuine or not.

हमने जो लॉक लगवाया था उसी दिन लॉक बड़ी मुश्किल से लगा था एक लॉक लगाने में पुरा दिन लग गया था बड़ी मुश्किल से लॉक तो लग गया लेकिन 3 माह बाद फिर से खराब हो गया शिकायत करने पर लॉक ठीक करने आये तो किसी तरह ठीक हो गया लेकिन 3 दिन बाद फिर खराब हो गया.

अतः आप से निवेदन है कि लॉक बदलने की कृपा करें अगर इस मॉडल का लॉक सही नही है तो दूसरे मॉडल का लॉक लगाने की कृपा करें पैसे का अंतर जो आएगा उसका भुकतान कर दिया जाएगा

I have just installed my godrej lock but problem occurs while using key.
