I purchased a 32 inches Smart LED-TV (VU brand) 7 days ago.It was sold by Dawntech Electronics Private Limited, Amta Industrial Park, Park, Howrah-711401 through Amazon. I have received it timely. But I can not contact these 2 numbers (18001020777 and 18602580258) last few days for free installation. Please help me in this regard. Please help me to install it by me giving the effective mobile number of the installer.

My TV purchased on jan 21 and its under 3 years warranty period, please send the technician for the same.

I purchased vw tv 43 inch and the screen I'd defective within 2 months of use. Now 2 months have passed but no one is coming to replace screen or new tv.

I will now go to consumer forum and make complaint.

We have registered the issue on 3rd June 2024. We have been Longing for the solution for 21 days. Still we didn't get the solution for (Complaint number: XZ-15506252406031). We worried about your service. Please to do the needful as much as possible.
