The quality of cake is not good. I had purchased Britannia chocolate veg cake. It is very dry.

We are regular customer of britania toastea. From last month we are getting extra burn toast. That taste very bad. It happens most of time. Even with nutri choose biscuits. Please look at this problem near pune.

I found that in your new biscuit jimjam pops there are only 3 biscuits. so plz refund me but if u don't i will case on your company.

Britannia 50-50 Maska Chaska is my favourite, but now the taste and the quality are not at all good. Before, it was coming in a thin crust and so tasty, but now the biscuit quality has gone so poor and it's thick while eating, which has also reduced the quantity. Very disappointing!! I request that the team should concentrate on improving the Quality of the Biscuit.

How a biscuit can be digestive when refined palm oil and wheat flour are being used as ingredients??? In turn it spoils the digestive system right??

I bought a packet of Britannia Nutri Choice biscuit from our society shop on 28.01.2024 and on opening it we found it molds(fungi) and very smelly. The interesting thing was the packet was not expired.

Biscuits quality was very poor and this is not good for such a big brand Britannia. Pls check and maintain your products for a better quality.

The pack of biscuit which I bought was totally empty,there is only gas in that wrapper.I hope you will consider this problem that in future other will not face this type of problem.

I'm a very big fan of Vita Marie Biscuits. I bought it today and it has an expiry date of about 27\6\24. When I opened the packet, it had some crumbs throughout the packet. But I was so shocked when I saw a worm inside the packet. Those worms were eating the biscuits and it has it's web on the biscuits. Glad that I checked it before eating. Kindly check before packing the biscuits, it's not an easy thing to take it easy. Hope you guys will resolve this issue and provide us with the best.

Lassi taste is of very poor quality. It is very watery like chas, not good.

The britannia Marie gold biscuit with 10 vitamins+minerals# is amazing biscuit and I ate more than 21biscuits but also it's so sweet and i like it so much keep providing such sweet biscuits so delicious 😋 Emmy 🥰 congratulations.

As a Shop owner, I purchased Good day biscuits from Britannia company with other products, When I received my products, I found 2 pack Goodday biscuits are 70% broken (Damage) in the seal pack. Then I call the sales man regarding this issue,he told me change this biscuits by the next orde, the sales man received my products and give me a credit note, It's very unfortunate that, only 50% amount deducted from my bill. Can you please tell me why I bear 50% amount by the fault of loading and unloading damage? Is it my fault?
