Experience in Toyota khammam
First time in my experience got the Fortuner sigma 4 2.8L 6MT in least time in RADHA KRISHNA TOYOTA Khammam Telangan State....i feel pride to Mr K Venkata Krishna for his dedication in helping me in getting done so fast and smooth especially in getting me exchange my old INNOVA in U TRUST CARS department in no time with best price and in Finance department (INDUS IND BANK) also done in an Hour with the help of MR K V KRISHNA and helped in accessories fitting also so I personally thank and congratulate Mr K venkata Krishna.
What more a customer needs and the manager Satynarayana garu is equally good in helping all the procedures done hassle free. Delivery of the vehicle is celebrated great by all members leaving us with great memories.
New vehicle problem in warranty period
Sir/Madam,
I have purchased TOYOTA ETIOS (VXD)(M) BSIV ON 14-10-2017 Month and Year of Manufacture:8/2017 on the name of AARON ASSOCIATES.it is showing wires mall functioning symbol and stearing symbol.on 19-07-2018 i have given the car where i purchased to rectify the problem.the servicing centre personnel told me the censors are covered by dust particles and they cleaned it and handed over to me on the same day.at that time they told me this problem never occcurs in future. Servicing centre to my house distance is only 2 Kms. i brought my car to home.on 21-08-2018 when i was travelling in my car suddenly speed decreased, black smoke coming from the silencer,wires mall functioning symbol showing and Engine heated symbol showing.on 22-08-2018 second time i have given my car in servicing centre they repaired it and they trailed 58 Kms, after that they called me to take car, when i went to servicing centre to take delivery same wires mall functioning symbol coming again.
Finally they unable to find out the problem.They are not responding properly.Same problem repeatedly occuring. Actually from the begining it self the engine pick-up is very slow.regarding that i approached so many times they simply saying after 10000 kms service engine will function very smoothly.instead of running smooth problems increased.so please exchange the car.
Purchase of Toyota Yaris - G through CSD Canteen Bagdogra Depot

1. I intend buying Toyota Yaris -G (2018 model) through canteen in Siliguri. While contacting the Dealer, TOPSEL TOYOTA Siliguri (West Bengal), I was given to understand, that sanction has not been accorded so far to the dealer TOPSEL TOYOTA at Siliguri to sale the above mention car through C S D canteen at Siliguri CC S D (BAGDOGRA DEPOT) where as it is available in all other C S D Depots of India.
2. May i request you to accord sanction to TOPSEL TOYOTA ,the dealer in Siliguri to sale the above car through C S D Canteen at Bagdora ,Siliguri as I m settled in Siliguri, West Bengal.

Resolve of complain
Worst company i have seen none of the action have been taken of my complain. After 3 working days and i have inspected the vehicle.

Dear toyota,
Sir i have a innova Rg.no. MH.25.R.7339 My car is today brought to Rajag Toyota Latur Showroom for servicing. I have come to know that I have a poor service I have an appointment today at 12 o'clockBut the absentee has not started servicing my car. In the waiting room, there are only 10 chairs in the waiting room, there is no sitting arrangement, but no water is recommended. There is a lot of bad service.
Servicing problem
Baramati showroom has not given service properly my car mh 45 ae 3388 my front tyre damage because wheel alignment not ok.

Toyota corolla altis Cracking dash board in corolla altis
I own a corolla altis 2010 model 1.8 g petrol and now i am facing cracking issues in my dashboard. As day by day the cracks are increasing, now its spread almost every where. I searched about this issue and i came to know that in other countries the issue happened and toyota recalled the vehicles and given a free replacement even for 2003 model cars, the cars where recalled in 2017 but in india if this issue happens we have to pay 25000 for the replacement. This was what the reply i got from a toyota service centre when i pointed this issue. If any one got similar issue pls reply. thank u all.

Poor service responce
Service level of Toyota has been deteriorated. Because making money by dealers is now only the business . no customer care. i did the service in last month from shah Toyota pune & due to emergency i was transferred.
Now in an emergency my friend took the key to take her old mother to hospital & while pressing the clutch, he found it is too hard & then an there he lock the car & arrange with cab to take her mother.
Now i have call 5 Times to 24X7 Breakdown service & called service advisor but they simply lingering without any justified reasons.
I am really worried how can this dealer can do such kind of service .saying & committing we will provide good & best service. Always saying 550 Breakdown charges. Is money is more important then life. I don’t no whom to approach.

Bad washing quality
I serviced my Glanza vehicle at Shaw Toyata Pune on 9th May 2022.I was found worst washing and interior cleaning of my car.Matting was not washed , no vacuuming was done ,gloves box was not cleaned, not proper dash board cleaning/polished .Water marks was also not wiped properly on exterior.
Worst washing I ever found.I tried to clean my car at the service centre myself.
It was worst service experience at 10 k schedule as well as 20 k schedule.Think before u serviced your vehicle at Toyota service centre.
Facing problem with dealer and customer serivce toll number
I registered my complaint raised on 3rd may but upto now nobody response from dealer and company side.nthis type service given to customers. worst services and response of toyota company.
Installation person not coming
Feeling got stuck after bought this ac. too much bad service of them, customer care not picking up. if by mistake you got a very hard luck and phone gets picked up. then they will show you attitude and not responding properly. they must have to learn from voltas, lg how to provide services?

Waiting period extended again

On 30th September 2023, I received two messages from your side. As per the first message the waiting period was 4 to 8 weeks, but as per second message the waiting period is 48 to 58 weeks.
It creates confusion regarding the delivery of my booked CAR: INNOVA HYCROSS (Top Model). My booking ID is ORD220000733. I booked it on 05/12/2022 on my name (Kulwinder Singh).
I expect it to purchase in the last week of November 2023. You are requested to update my booking status and clarify the confusion caused by two messages indicating different waiting periods.
