Good evening Madam/sir, I booked for ticket on 30/08/2023, time 3.37pm from Eturunagaram to Kothagudem, bus timing are 8.10pm with ref 324227678976, i complete payment by my Upi id - 891969XXXX @ybl, amount deducted but my ticket is not conformed so please refund my amount,

Amount debited twice but ticket not generated- request to refund
Sir, vide OB reference nos 3033726296 & 3033726178 dt 26/11/2023 an amount of Rs.740/- & Rs.690/- was dedeucted to generate the ticket but i have not confirmed ticket message. Pls refund the amount of Rs.1330/- to my account as early as possible.
