I bought a big steam standing iron where I am facing issue with water dripping out while using the steam iron. Need help or demo.

I have been trying to contact your authorised service centre but no response. I am so unhappy with the product. It stopped working in the second month of purchase. It got repaired within a week. After six months again it stopped working and since then no response from service centre. Can someone please solve my problem.

I purchased a Russel Hobbs Mixer Grinder which was delivered to me on 16th of January 2022 by Tata Cliq. We have started using it from 1st of February or later. But to my surprise the Rotary switch has stopped functioning even though the motor is working fine once switched on. It is hazardous and highly unexpected. My last mixer grinder worked incessantly for more than 8 years , which stopped. So we are very much accustomed to use a mixer-grinder for several years. Please provide a replacement ASAP or at least let me know a Service Centre near Post 700135 in Kolkata , I am not able to find it in any website. Product model no Vella 500 / 2021100246.

I have purchased a Steam Iron model ROYALE2200 in BLR and it is not working..Spoke to service Mr Chauhan at Delhi... he claims now there is no service in BLR....& I need to send the box to Delhi...not able to understand the logic. Awaiting for quick response.
