I ordered the product a few months ago, although, I do not have the warranty card anymore I still have the screenshot of the date of my purchase. The card is not working anymore, it worked well in the few months right after it came but since the past month, it is not accessible. I can't store anything even after reinserting it in the same device multiple times as instructed. The previous data stored were all erased and new data is not getting stored anymore. The card has become useless and it hasn't even been a full year since I've ordered it, I request immediate action towards this and I'm hoping to get in contact with an agent as soon as possible.
