The bus has been passed away with out notify to me. i was sitting in Vijayawada bus station. the bus has arrived 3 hours before. the bus depot name is korutala. i did not get any message regarding this. So please cancel my ticket and refund my money. thanking u.

I have booked a ticket on 28-10-2022 at 11.20pm while paying the amount i have opted UPI payment. There i saw a QR code i scanned on it. Rs.450/- has been debited from my Account. But not received any message or any ticket not generated. My transactions ID : UTR230188506009. plz refund my amount.

Sub:Resume 113 F Services Chengicherla-fever hospital-Erragadda -Borabanda.

For the last month TSRTC has stopped plying services in the morning hours ie 9AM-10 AM en route chengicherla-erregadda-borabanda with out any valid reasons.Many employees and people travelling in this route are facing hardships to go to offices due to lack of buses in the morning.As the 113 F services are convenient to reach offices in time I request concerned authorities to restart the services immediately

I have booked a ticket on 10-04-2023 at 07:30pm while paying the amount i have opted UPI payment. There i saw a QR code i scanned on it. Rs.480/- has been debited from my Account. But not received any message or any ticket not generated. My upi ref no : 310068956404. plz refund my amount.

Amount deducted via gpay dint get tickets confirmation yet. when called customer service they said it will credit back in 4 to 5 business days nor did they send email to confirm anything. it's like I lost 2900.

Respected Sir / Madam I Y Kranthi Kumar booked ticket through redbus from S R Nagar to Khammam from TSRTC. I called bus driver reckless answer from driver and bcoz of his delay from 35 mins my daughter was literally suffering. i am traveling with 7 months baby if anything goes wrong for my baby health who's responsible fr this delay? driver name Y NARSAIAH CONTACT NO 7382857797, 1 hour late and no proper response. if this is way to handle the public means then not required this govt transport. sir 1st teach the drivers how to talk to public minimum common sense is required to talk to public just sitting and taking salary of public tax money simply waste of public money by investing on this kind of people and the organisation which govt is maintaining.

I have booked ticket on 14.11.2023 for journey on 16.11.2023, from Kothagudem to Hyderabad by 10.00AM service against OB No.303365507&3033655485.But transaction failed both times but amount deducted from my account. Transaction No.3111413980976688145IGAQLHBD6.

I have booked a bus from Khammam to Hyderabad which should arrive Khammam at 12:30 PM I have waited till 2:00 pm bus not arrived at boarding point which is 2 hours delayed and I have called tsrtc customer where they informed me that there is a delay with the bus arrival.

Contacted reservation counter and sathupally depo manager and sent multiple emails to online.support @tsrtcbus.in but the mails are not getting delivered. I paid 405 rupees to book the amount. Please cancel my ticket and refund the amount. There is a delay of 2 hours with the bus which is not acceptable and I have boarded and different bus now. I need my amount back.

SIR, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered while using one of the AP29Z2685 TSRTC buses. On 10/01/2024, at approximately 04:49, I was waiting at the designated bus stop METPALLI DEPOT, expecting to catch [AP29Z2685], which was scheduled to stop there according to the official timetable.

Unfortunately, to my disappointment, the bus did not stop at metpalli depot, even though I was signaled for it to halt. causing delays in my schedule and disrupting my travel plans. I asked conductor that his answered me is any rules to stop in all bus stopes so that please take an action on him.
