Today my mother travelling from tuljapur to pune, bus no: MH20 BL 2717, She want to travel pune to talegaon same bus, but conductor not confirm the rout from which way the bus is travel. conductor refuse the drop her at URSE toll plaza/ talegaon old toll plaza, my mother was ready to pay travelling charges for that (till Lonavala ). now i want to know this bus route.

I had booked female passenger ticket for my daughter from Dadar till swargate. A male passenger was given ticket next to her seat which was also a female seat inspite of so many other empty seats.When we requested the conductor he spoke rudely and made no changes. If this is the case then what is the use of keeping female seats and what is the benefit of me booking in advance.

Its a pity that inspite of requesting the bus conductor he gave female passenger ticket to a male passenger though there were many more empty seats in the bus. What is the use of having female seats then. Instead the conductor told us that we should book 2 tickets .Disgusting behavior.

I book 2 ticket from loni (ambegao to pune) to turbhe all process done ok but last process is failed. Payment deduct from my accnt 2 time I was trying at 2 time.
