Taste of the filtered water by the RO water purifier is very bad. On complaining they they told the bad taste will go away after some time but even after a month the water is undrinkable. Pls replace the purifier.

Before purchasing product, people used to say after 2 weeks service people come and will change the filter. But for me I have purchased 6 months back, still no one contacted me and when I tried to call customer care, will get busy with other call.

The taste of water from the RO is very bad. I have complained several times but no resolution. Please help.

Dear Customer care,

I am really very sorry to say that, I have purchased a RO machine of Livpure (bar code No. DCLW 60D1037162) from Palanpur, Gujrat, on 23-02-2023, I am living at Banas Dairy colony at Palanpur, Gujrat. Today one person (9712003478) ringed me for installation of the RO machine, but he had not weared helmet, at the main entry point so our security guard stopped and asked for helmet, in that case the service provider ringed to me and tell the story and finally tell me to cancel the installation order because he is not able to enter inside, as per my knowledge our security staff is doing a normal practice which is approved by traffic norms. he forced or challenged me to make a complaint that he will not do the said job.
Finally he used some hard work that was not his responsibility to install the machine due to security.
When I purchased the machine, if the shopkeeper informed me of the consequences I will not purchase the machine, I must purchase some other reputable band.

Finally I had made the entry of the staff (that was very shameful for me) during his installation work, he came to know that one pipe line was broken but he did the work bypassing the pipeline.

I am very surprised, how can you tolerate this types of activities, I must pray to almighty GOD, that this type of activity will not happened to any customer who purchased Livpure RO machine from your brand,

I had paid for service not for arguments or for nonsense behaviour.

if possible kindly ask for a proper justification to the service man, even if he had not filled the Installation Report.

A very unsatisfied customer of Livpure.

Have platinum+ copper RO purifier with in 6 months getting issues. Raised request on 02nd Oct 2023 (JS-23100511331076) was closed without proper service. Again raised request on 11th Oct 2023 (JS-23101109431332), it's been 15days no proper response by 25th Oct 2023. Day ends with calling customer care and awaiting for service guy. Didn't expect this kind of service with such a great company LivPure. I would recommend not to buy LivPure products.

I have ordered livpure glo water purifier through amazon at 11th oct and i have raised a service request for installation on 25th oct, still no one is called me for installation , i got technician number named Saravanan through customer care, he also not responding for a call , i have called customer care 7-8 times, still i didn't receiver proper installation date, i didn't expect this worst behaviour, still my installation was not done.
