Dear friends. my sincere suggestion to the users is, these people dont delay for a minute while collecting amount from the customer. but we require them they will not crawl us... this is an absolute cheating done by titan or fastrack or what ever it may be. i am going to throw all my accessories on their faces by tomorrow.

I purchased the solar charging watch online through flipkart which was delivered to me on Saturday 25-06-2016. From the day I received it is not working. I took it to company show room next to Titan eye showroom in noida sector 18 Uttar Pradesh to know whether the watch is working or not and explain how to operate. But he said why did you purchase it online it is better you return it. My simple request to you is please arrange at some of your stores to facilitate customers like us to understand the complex functions of such watches.

This is the consecutive third time my watch is not working and it is just three month old. Within this three month, i have submitted my watch for almost 20 days. Last time also i have raised a request for replacement and you people have promised that after this your watch will work ok.

But now I can say that this is a defective piece which stop working after every 10 days sometime of machine issue and sometime of of mechanical part and of bla bla.. It is very surprising that you are giving a warranty of no use and you are behaving like a local company or worst one.

And third time when i went to service center after 10 days, firstly i asked customer care to see the time and then i give proof that its not working and now its working because its showing some different time. So i asked them that as you said if its not working you will replaced it. then they said its working right now so we wont do any thing. i have a simple question to ask is there anyone who love to go to customer care again and again. I dont think so and i dont think that a company like Titan have more importance to a simple than their customers. Secondly the manager of the store is having no etiquette as he is saying that you are saying every time that you wont take the watch back but every time you take it.

He hurts the sentiments of customer that i am so cheap that i am taking it back. So firstly you should teach manners to your employee. They are such a rascals person that they wont call me and inform me about my watch which i have deposited on 29 november 2016.

Even i got a call from Miss Grape from banglore on 18 november and she said that you call me after reaching a service center. I called her so many time and even i messaged her but she didnt revert me back. So this type of person is there in titan which i doubt.

Hi All ...what is the quality of the straps you are selling.. Are you serious when u sell Swiss watches to gullible customers like us

With great difficulty i god the strap for the Obaku after paying 999/- at your outlet. I have been telling you guys repeatedly that i was travelling. Within a few days the strap cut and i am now stranded with the cut strap with no solution in sight.

Why in the world would you sell such cheap stuff under the brand Titan? I fail to understand how Titan is cheating its customers.

I still dont have a strap for my Obaku watch and not this Xylus strap is also cut. Shuck... i feel terrible to have been loyal to Titan or its brands. How i wish HMT was still around with their sturdy and reliable watches and their after sales service.

I am in africa and helpless with a broken strap and useless watch.

I have attached pictures of your fine quality straps. Pls peruse or just junk my email, I dont care. I have eben tried Araldite to fix the strap.. Can u believe it??

I have mailed to customer care and call many time about my smart watch display not working but I didn't get any update from the customer care after 7 days. I have sent pics of bill and watch pics and share the issue video as required. I am still waiting for solution customer care giving me only excuses, if anyone available in titan company who can help me on that?
