I am very much unhappy and disappointed with the Centuryply plyboard whose quality is very poor. I bought it from a store in Jaipur and this wasn't expected from a well known and renowned brand.

Dear Sir,

we issued a Purchase order to M/s MEHTA PLYWOOD (Authorized dealer of M/s Century Ply) for PLYWOOD 4'X8'X4 MM THK,MAKE: CENTURY SAINIK MR after visited Century ply sales person Mr. Karan (Ahmedabad).

At the time of issued a purchase order Mr. Karan confirmed that material will be supply within 7-10 days. after due delivery date we follow up again to Mr. Karan but now he telling that we has no stock of required material and not able to supply.

i request you kindly help in this regards.

I bought some plywoods and Block boards of Sainik Brand of Century Plyboards in East Delhi. When carpenter cut the 8 × 4, 19 mm, MR Grade, (Serial no. 2788707) plywood, the layers of one of plywood found to be separated, i.e. they are not stick together because not glued properly, a manufacturing defect. I can not expect this type of manufacturing defect from such a reputed Plywood company, Century Plyboards Ltd. I lodged a complaint, a senior sales executive came and took the photos of the defected plywood on 15-2-16 who assure me that it would be replaced very soon, may be on the same day. But till date I have not received any message for my complaint. I am not expected such a treatment from the Century Plyboards. Please resolve the complaint at the earliest.

We decided to go for Sainik ply as it belonged to the reputed Century brand. But unfortunately one of the cupboard's door that is made using Sainik blockboard is bent towards the center in less than 2 month's time. Want to know what solution do Century team have for this problem.

I can not expect this type of manufacturing defect from such a reputed Plywood company, Century Ltd. I lodged a complaint yesterday also but there is no response. Customer portal login is not working. Nobody picks up customer care No 1800-200-0440. I helld the line for more than 15 minutes. Music simply keeps playing. Has the company become sick?. If not it will become so very shortly because it simply does not bother about customer plight.

This is a shock to me after paying a primium price I got such poor quality of ply. Most of the 19 mm ply was delaminating immediately after purchase. My carpenters are struggling to work with the defective ply, my kitchen cabinets are cracking wherever it has been screwed. The employee who came to visit my site took photographs of two uncut ply board which were so soft that one could even press the ply with a finger. Rest of the defective ply had already been covered with laminate, my carpenter also complained to the person about the condition of the ply. I cannot imagine such quality from such a reputed brand. Century Ply employee is washing his hands off the matter saying that there is no warranty for delamination, that it is natural for the ply to delaminate. Why should a customer pay such a premium price for Century Club Prime if it delaminates like any other cheap local ply. Why is Century Ply not protecting the customer when such things happen and the hard earned money of the customer is wasted. You have no concern for your customer nor their safety,shame on you . A brand without a heart , you will not be able to get away with this cheating, not for long. If you don't listen to your customers someone else will.

I did online purchase on 2nd sep 2021. Till now i doesnt got any update regarding delivery. Call center also not providing proper update.
