I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out to you because I have a suggestion that I think would be a great addition to your cinema experience.

I'm a big fan of PVR cinemas and I'm excited to watch the new Batbie movie that's releasing on July 21st. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a Barbie-themed photo booth or box at the cinema where fans can take pictures. I think this would be a really fun way to engage with the audience and make the movie experience even more memorable.

Staff service at PVR is not good. Even after taking the ticket, rude behavior has been given. If you were late to watch a movie, you were told who asked you to come late. Plz look in to.

I was at the 4.30 show today and took 1 packet samosa from the vendor Vishal Tajne at the pantry and gave him Rs 210.00. Ideally he should have returned Rs.100 back which he did not and when I asked, he denied and said that he had already given it back. I think he does the same with quite some customers. He should be fired.

The sound is way too loud and disturbing.This spoils the experience of any music or any scene. I am so pissed off of the half hour wasted in advertisement. PVR should focus on this else trust me people will stop visiting. Very very bad experience in all.

There is no cleaning in seats, there are so many mostquitos in side movie theatre. Dirty seats, dirty floor, bed smell.

Sir, i have booking tickets on book my show app in wed, 30,Aug 11.10 am show movie for king of kotha 10:45am. management side call the person he is say to your movie will be cancel sir refund you payment with in 2 are 3 working days in your account. but not payment refund my account that person all no response. please quick refund my cash. sathyam royapettah santham screen.

I have to say that some employee with miss behaviour with me in PVR south x cinema. This is my worst experience with me south x, pawan vishkarma is not wearing PVR uniform.

Very bad experience in PVR. Too much commercial.

I booked the Kalki movie tickets and show was cancelled by PVR Perambur, so I booked in Satyam cinemas…. They have open the same show in evening , so movie tickets was cancelled as per confirmation from support tramand amount refund only Rs381.56

Based on Confirmation received from support team, i have cancelled my old tickets and now am at loss. Kindly find the sequences of event.

I have booked four tickets for Movie Kalki 2898 AD for 07th July 2024 and show time is 6.15PM in PVR Spectrum mall Perambur Chennai. While trying to check the status, show was removed from Perambur location and only night shows were listed. I reached Perambur PVR Spectrum mall in person and gates were closed and security informed that all shows were cancelled, and you get the refund amount.

I tried to reach the support team through call around 10.45am and one of the person informed that shows were cancelled, and you don't need to cancel the tickets and it will be cancelled by PVR team and you will get full refund amount including the GST. Based on his confirmation, i have booked 3 tickets for same movie in Satyam Cinemas, Royepettah Chennai for 6.00PM show.

In Evening, when trying to check the status of cancellation, i noticed again Perambur show was again listed and i tried to reach the support team again and they have asked to cancel one of movie tickets. The person also guided me to login through chrome and not via app and asked to cancel the tickets. He advised amount will be refunded and you can try to reach (9600118564) for further assistance.

After cancellation, i got the message that Rs 381.56 was refunded rather my full amount for booking is Rs885.84. I tried to reach above mobile number and phone is switch off. For 1st time i have faced such bad experience even after several follow ups and call i got a wrong confirmation and i lost my money now because of PVR team incorrect guidance.

I checked with Satyam Cinemas, Royapettah manager and he advised to raise the issue through email. Have attached all the evidence along with this mail. Request you to refund my full amount. I hope all my call were recorded at your end and you can refer it for further evidence. To be genuine, i was completely frustrated and can't enjoy the movie as i was keep on following on calls and in person for remedy.
