Horrible experience, have been using eureka products since last 25 years. Never ever such sickening services. Forced to buy water from market. Systems do not allow escalations, senior employees hiding behind curtains. Has it become a chit fund company? Don't fall prey, use other company products.

Every time the Aquaguard technician comes he wanted me to replace something. So last time he said motor I said I am short of money he said ok manage and left, from that all of us are sick in the house. Pls do something it is not right. Why can't you send senior technician to check out. Last time also I made complaint you sent same person.

Very bad customer service. i registered complaint on sunday still nobody attend my complaints. Why?

Very bad service and bad company, everything you sell is fake.

I purchased your aquaguard superb model and your technician visited me to install the machine at 8:30pm and when i asked him about the service and installation details he didn't give me response so i called your customer care but you people deal with your customer only 8 am to 8 pm... thats really amazing.

I tried to get 24X7 customer care no that was also not available and there were some numbers working but people avoiding to help me. Finally i get installed my machine with half information.... thanx for poor service of yours.... i will not recommend anyone this company in future.

I complaint many times to customer service centre that no technician was visited to my house and they massage me that service was done by them. Horrible experience most disgusting company never ever recommend to any one.

Very bad product with manufacturing defect. Very bad service, government should close this company, they are only doing fraud with us. No use buying its product they cant even resolve complains in 2 weeks time.

I bought Euro clean WD X2 by paying 14790 Rs. Demo was given at home. The sales person found out that the car cleaning attachment and a scrubber was missing. He further told that the attachment will be provided in weeks time. However it is almost one month now. The same is not delivered till date. Every day they say that it will be delivered today, tomorrow, but not delivering at all. I am fed up of this service. Durjng Demo, they told that the car attachments also will be provided, but it was not delivered. Very irresponsible sales guys.

Wanted to order one more, but because of this experience, I am staying away. Will look out for other brands.

I have purchased Aqua guard in June'18 and in just four months there are lot of problems occurred and technician asked me to change the filter due to blockage, not sure how it can be blocked in 4 months and that too we are only two people using the water and more than 10 hours we spend in office so how it can be blocked and what is the solution since I cannot spend 2500 in every month to replace the filter.

You should have some solution for this problem during warranty period, I m sure either the product was defected or the used one since problem in just four months is really not acceptable.

I had called to your customer care (service request no. 2012694961) after 2 days of full payment for 1 year Dr. Aquaguard Magna RO servive. Your C.C.Executive had assured me for visiting me a technician at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday for servicing my RO machine but no any technician neither contacted me nor visited for serving my RO machine till Friday.

I am feeling cheated by the company and also in the impression that I should not pay advance before getting the service.
