I am facing sound issue in my phone the voice is very low while talking as well as the speaker of the phone is the vey low. Its very difficult to talk on calls.

I have been calling to infinix support team from last 3 weeks(may-05-2023). First time they picked up the call didn't raise the complaint due to the system failure. But that officer promised me he would raise the complaint after that call. He didn't raise.

After many attempt talking to representative 15th may they raised the complaint.
But still that complaint has not resolved service person not called me yet.

I spoke with these guys (Praveeen, Tharun, Vaibhav) whenever I 'm calling to them they put a call on hold and not coming back. I had been waiting for 30-45 mints for every call. Even I have asked the escalation mail id or number but they did not response properly.

Its a very very poor service from Infinix. I have bought 2 laptop from them both making problem.

I will not suggest Infinix to any one.

I'm buying infinix hotv30i new mobile phone but company sending by mistake used phone. I'm contacting number but not working number.

Infinix y1 plus Neo laptop have problem and you I call your customer care number but they do not give any response.

I am purchase Infinix note30 5g , 8gb256 mobile on date 24Aug2023. my phone battery now drain in 20 hours. battery response not proper.

My Phone Infinix Hot 10 (Infinix X682B ) can't send messages but can receive them. I tried to set the SMSC. However, the message Center Number option is not found on the message setting menu at all. I can't see it let alone enter it. I've tried it manually in all possible ways even as I employed the shortcode [*#*#4636#*#*]. It doesn't REFRESH to provide me with the space to enter the message center number of my network service provider. Please, help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

1. I purchase Infinix X1 Book in November last year. It was running well but suddenly last week it stopped working and automatically going to boot option.

2. As laptop was in warranty, so i submitted my request through customer care to repair the laptop through my registered mobile number 7982111305. Compalint number is INIB2023082800278 dtd 28 Aug 23.

3. It has more than a week since laptop was taken for repair by MS Yash Assosiates. Reply from service centre is, billing is pending from ASM and part will be replaced after billing only. For more information pls contact customer care.

4. No satisfactory reply is also available with customer support also.

5. In view of above, you are requested to intervene at the earliest and fast track the repair of laptop. This poor service support is not at all expected from Infinix India.

I recently bought infinix note 30 5g. Upon all setup the 5g network does not show on my phone. I did everything but nothing happened. Give me solution or i will return the phone.
