I bought a packet of Brittania Goodday biscuit from a shop and on opening it i found it molds and very smelly. The interesting thing was the packet was not expired. Pls check and maintain your products for a better quality.

I glad that though there are many kinds of biscuits coming into the market LITTLE HEARTS is still standing as a favorite to many. But the thing is it lost its previous taste. 15years before when ate this biscuits it was fixed as my favorite. Its still my favorite but it lost its previous amazing taste. I request you to get back that taste for all the LITTLE HEARTS favorite :-).

I bought fruit biscuit last month and it had a taste of plastic cover. I had to throw off entire packet to dustbin. I bought once again yesterday and its still the same, it has a plastic cover taste for the breads. Please do check the quality of the fruit biscuit before selling it.

There is mixed eggs in cake of Britannia i will complain case in this company. In this product written 100% VEGETARIAN but it is not.

My shop in jalgaon, maharastra. The Distributor is giving bad service in orders and delivery. i told them so many times but they can't solve that, now they were stopped to giving delivery to me. We are a regular customer of Britannia biscuits. From this Corona period i.e last 2 weeks the biscuits are so un crispy, and unpacked which is harmful for those children eating biscuits regularly. I request u to make sure that the biscuits are packed properly. And Britannia is an awesome company.

Even after years the taste of the Britannia Maska Chaska didn't change a bit. I am loving every bit of it. I would like to appreciate your effort, determination and sincerity over your product, and hopefully my Love on my Maska Chaska won't fade away. I acknowledge you to continue the same and keep making us love Maska Chaskaa :D

Mere ghar ke pas shop me koi bhi jake bolta hai, good day de do to wo mom's magic deta hai or bolta hai ki good day ka hai. mai preshan hu.

I am a britania Bourbon fan but today when I opened a packet, I felt very disappointed to see two biscuits were exactly half the size as if ur packing unit has eaten them while packing. Hope u will acknowledge the complaint. Thanku.

Making pizza at home by cheese cubes of mozzarella cheese for past many years...but ofcourse of amul's. For the first time bought your product and utterly disappointed. cheese did not melt in micro at such a high temperature for 4 mins even. I doubt how will any digestive system would digest any of such product. Being a milk product its unnatural...or may be my information or logical reasoning is incorrect.

Sending you a video after heating...its upto you to believe or not as its not for publicity purpose. But surely stop my loved ones from using it. Not able to attach video but guess dont wont to prove anything...but will surely share wid few on social media.

Might be you team wants to cut down the mfg. cost so they not adding Maska, in my free time I loved to eat this biscuits but now getting bore to eat. Pls don't loose your valuable customers by just eliminating some cost might be in paise.

I purchaced good day cashew cookies but no one of piece of cashew in cookies. So why this cookies name cashew cookies call itonly cookies.

I bought a pack of Brittania milk bikis ... It tastes awful.
Britannia milk bikis was my fav biscuit and i used to enjoy it with milk...but this one i tried today was really awful .. it tastes like some kind of local tin biscuits, it has no taste of milk in it. if u can't produce them in good taste and quality then pls stop producing it.

Biscuits from back were black bad smell was coming from it.

Britannia little hearts is my favourite, but now the taste is not at all good.

Distribution JSD TRADERS LAL BAGH LONI sales person have very bad attitude not given any response. order leta nahi hai 3 3 mahine phone karne per attitude dikhata galat behave karta hai.

I bought jim jam biscuits when i opened it i found the biscuits stuck up side down. please check the quality check while packing.
