As i have bought a car bolero Neo(R) BS6, from Chandrapur Mahindra showroom. They give us two quotations, in 1st quotation dealer said that its BS6 model and in second quotation dealer said it has BS6.2. I want to conform that the company has bs6.2 model or not? I have aslo done work in Mahindra company for 1 year and as per record they have taken more money form us and the car is also not good. As i want to say that how company pass this car from the company. I think that company is not good for anyone. So pls tell mi what to do if u want i can go to Mahindra company about what i have got the problem.

Recently I have purchased Scorpio s11 classic from Assam motors Tinsukia Assam in 20 February 2023 while washing and in rain both headlights becomes moistened and foggy appears on headlight water penetrates inside bulb I have gone for 1st servicing and showing live problem to them service manager he said this is normal case it happens in scorpio S11 so guys I am disappointed never buy this vehicle.

Sir, I'm waiting for the response. I'm facing so many difficulties. Please provide the solution.

I am from Noida and I bought the Thar LX D AT 4WD 4S HT NAP BLK car on 30th April from Lucknow from (A Automovers Dealer). The car is currently running 1800 kms. I went to Lucknow for a family function on 20th May . And while going to the function when I started the car, there was a different light grid in it and this error showed DEF Dosing Malfunction. I have attached some photos of this error also.
So the same day at 11:00am I Took the car to a service center (A Automovers Pvt Ltd) Matiyari Chauraha Chinhat in Lucknow from where I bought the car. They told me to just wait for 10 minutes. Unfortunately they made me wait for 7-8 hours. After 7-8 hrs they came and said that you have to leave the car here, it has some defective issue.

We will order the same part from Mahindra and deliver the car to you within 4 days. Even I told him I just came here to attend the function . I didn't have any other convenience but still I managed alone. Only I know how I managed to bring my family from there via cab to Noida. I was travelling with my family and my 2 year old baby also with me. We all suffered the whole night.

And still it's been 3 days since I have gotten any response from A Automovers Dealer. Even today morning I called them and asked about the car, they said we still didn't get a response from Mahindra. Even the showroom staff said to me to kindly directly contact Mahindra. Every employee says that we are bound to follow the CRM and if you have any issue then directly raise the complaint to Mr. Anand Mahindra.
That part cost is around Rs.3,00,000 lakh. I don't need this car anymore. I need my refund or new car. Within 15 days I'm facing this issue. Right now the car is in warranty. What if the same issue will come after 1 year that time the car wouldn't come in warranty. And I have spent Rs.20 lakhs right now. I just want a new car or a refund of my money.

I'm servicing the pathetic experience from Mahindra.
Please provide the solution on a priority basis. I need my car. I'm a service man and it's very difficult for me to go to work. I live in Noida and my office is in Gurgaon. I spent my savings on this car and not a single person gave me an answer.

NH-12, Mishrod,Hoshangabad rd bhopal, madhyapradesh-462027 , I have already complaint for this metter your customers care but still not provide a resulation . I have done service date:- 20/05/2023 but and I Mentioned my problem vehicle engine heating and ac problem but dealer not done proper work my vehicle and my vehicle engine are seiz. Date 30/05/2023 I asked dealer how can possible vehicle running only 28000 km dealer not provide any solution please hel me because I am already marked main customer care.

I have buy mahindra scorpio S11 from V.C motor ruma kanpur .When I was visited there for my first service after 1000 km run-up.The behaviour of service staff was very bad anyone there was not even coming to take my car for service and every work was done there by providing money to the service staff.They have wasted my 7 hours with no update the staff was taking to me with slang languages. I request mahindra group to take action on V.C motor ruma kanpur staff.

Sir, meri gadi me break issue aaya tha jiski wajah se hum farrukhabad service center lekar gaye. Waha par unhone us issue ko resolve kiya. Uske kuchh din baad hi stairing ke paas se awaj aane lagi. Mai fir usko farrukhabad service center lekar gaya. Waha par usko sahi kiya gaya. Kuchh din hi hue hai but phir se gadi me stairing ke paas se phir awaj aane lagi hai. Sir, meri gadi ko 5 month bhi nahi hue hai but baar baar kuchh na kuchh technical problm ajati hai. Aur mujhe usko lekar service center jana padta hai jo ki mere ghar se kafi door hai. New car me agar aisi problm aati rahegi to mahindra se hamara vishwas uth jayega. Kyuki maine same xuv 300, 3 car nikalwa chuke hai mahindra ke bharose par but sabme koi na koi problm aayi hai. Ab aap hi bataye Mai kya karu. Gadi lekar hamesha service center daudta rahu ya bech du aur phir kabhi mahindra ki gadi na prefer karu aur na kisi ko advise du. Subject: Complaint for Fault in New Mahindra XUV Car

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant fault that has occurred in the new Mahindra XUV car that I purchased from one of your authorized dealership Shiva Auto Car India Pvt ltd. Hapur.

Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I noticed several issues that have persisted despite multiple visits to the service center. The specific problems I have encountered are as follows:

1. While rotating the steering irritating noise is heard regularly.

This is the second time I am facing the issue even after the part replacement.

As per dealer this is a manufacturing defect. Number of customer XUV 300 facing the same issue.

I have diligently followed the recommended maintenance schedule and have ensured that the car has been serviced by certified technicians at authorized Mahindra service centers. However, despite these efforts, the problems seem to persist, adversely affecting both my experience as a customer and the vehicle's overall reliability.

I understand that even the most reliable products can sometimes have manufacturing defects or unforeseen issues. Nonetheless, given the investment I have made in purchasing a brand new Mahindra XUV, I am disappointed and concerned about the apparent lack of quality control in this particular vehicle.

In light of these persistent issues, I kindly request that you take immediate action to remedy the situation.

I am a resident of Haldwani, Uttarakhand. I bought Mahindra G4 Altures from you in 2019 from Rudrapur dealer.it is in the showroom since 4 months, till now no action has been taken in the car due to which. I am very troubled due to this, even after complaining many times, no one gave me any report on the helpline and today they have even opened the engine without my concern and there are some medical issues going on at my house, so I request you. Please take action in emergency and get me a reward.

I purchased my Mahindra XUV700 L on from your Thiruvananthapuram sales and service provider M/s SS Mahindra Pvt Ltd on Feb. 2022 with great pleasure. My vehicle number is KL01 CU 2442 and completed 18000 KM till now. One month back my car shows starting complaints on every morning (after 7-8 hours ideal). The cranking if perfectly alright. But after waiting 1-2 minutes from the first cranking the vehicle will get started. So I approached and discussed the same problem with your authorised service centre ( SS Mahindra Pvt Ltd.) service engineer Mr Zakeer on 27 09 2023 (token number 17 and serial number 1786).

The service engineer inspect and start the vehicle said that this will be due to fuel related problem and not related with spark plug or battery (Battery was in good condition), probably will be the problem of fuel pump and should be replaced. So asked one or two days for service. So I bring back my vehicle and give the vehicle to M/s S S Mahindra, Thiruvananthapuram on 25.10.2023 for the replacement of my rear bumper along with the rectification of the above said starting complaints . At that time they said it will take 5 days for both work. ( the damaged bumber and parts are available there). Today is 10th November, 15 days were over. They identified the damaged fuel pump and ordered. Now they are saying my vehicle battery also dead and should be replaced on my account. This is very unfortunate and unacceptable, my vehicle is only 18 months old. Battery make is Amarraja. Now every battery companies offers 3-4 year warranty including Amarraja and Exide. My vehicle have valued warranty up to Year 2025. So this is a case of clean cheating. So I am requesting M/s Mahindra to do the needful as early as possible for avoiding legal complications against M/s Mahindra and your service support agency in Thiruvananthapuram M/SS Mahindra Pvt Ltd.

Dear Sir,
I regret to bring the callous attitude of your authorized service centre M/s Krishna Automotive of Beldihi, Rourkela, Odisha to your notice.

I owned 12 nos of vehicles in the month of July-2022 from M/s Krishna Automotive. One Bolero-B4 developed some issues of DEF in meter board In Oct-23. At that time the odometer reading was around 76000 Km .The vehicle was towed and handed over to M/s Krishna Automotive at Beldihi, Rourkela on 31st 2023 fix the DEF problems. I was assured that my vehicle will be delivered back to me within 2 days i.e. by 2nd Nov 2023.

After lot of follow up, they advised to replace the full DEF assembly on chargeable basis which was estimated Rs.35000/-. I was told that the kit is fully damaged due to filling of Clearblue DEF from Indian Oil.

I own a fleet of 50 such vehicles of Mahindra and Mahindra and others. I always use Indian oil Diesel and DEF since long time in all vehicles and none of the vehicle faced any problem.

Sick off their argument, on 16th Nov 2023, the vehicle was towed from the dealer to a nearby local garage. The vehicle started within 30 minutes. We found that the dealer instead of attending the repair work, trying to dupe me with fictional stories. Now the vehicle is running but the meter board signal of DEF is showing error. The executive of M/s Krishna Automotive, are not taking any responsibility. They are advising me to replace the DEF tank kit again which was estimated Rs.35000/-.

This is very unfortunate that Bolero segment vehicle of Mahindra & Mahindra power and durability is very week and the customer has to run from pillar to post to repair his vehicle. While writing this mail, I expect you to intervene in this matter and take prompt action.

I sincerely hope that Mahindra & Mahindra will not let down a loyal customer.

Sir My car SUV 700 HR36AM 3285 was servicing in koncept automobile pvt ltd. Sector 64 Noida UP on 14-12-22 at the time my car servicing not done properly and defective parts not replaced. I m very frustrating due to my car conditions and no’s of time I was complaining plz sir resolve my car problem as soon as possible I am unable to use my car from last 2-3 months and second key also not provide till now...plz

To whomever it may concern

I have bought xuv700 diesel model wb08n 6521 in name of Shree Balaji Textile Mills. Its just above one year and i would like to bring to your notice that i had very bad experience owning xuv700. This was third time i had to call mahindra roadside assistance and tow my car.

First when car was fifteen days old it was towed to n r auto because of smoke from front bonnet.Person repaired for free. Then lot of smoke and oil leakage after 6 months it was again towed to shree automotive reason due to regeneration which we had no knowledge.

Last week again smoke was coming this time oil mobil leak from front and car engine is not working. Its again towed to shree automotive (Still pending) And the person from shree automobile workshop said he has sent starter for repairs then he can say if engine is fine or some more issue.. Its been more than 7 days still i am unaware what actually went wrong in my car.

What was my fault . I have paid 21+ lakhs for this kind of vehicle. I am sorry to say the car didnt match up after good reviews i have got. I have been fooled or not kindly reply me, or you have given me 2nd quality product.Please clarify all this things and i want to speak to mahindra executive or service manager not showroom or workshop person.
