I just traveled from uber cab the price was showing Rs. 335.00 from KM emporium to Hazrat nizamuddin railway station Delhi. while closed the trip it was showing 568/- the difference in amount is very high why there is difference. I m facing this issue so many times and on my earlier trip it was showing credit. Please explain it happens every time why?

Please arrange to credit the excess fare collect from me as soon as possible.

I booked uber in Hyderabad... From madhapur to bhel, driver had accepted. When I came and i was inside cab he told me to get down i can't come.. and uber has telling me to pay fine. What is this, f**k off.

I called to book for till Vardaan Market. 15 min none tuned up & it displayed "oops some problem". Then I took yellow taxi. after another 10 min a UBER driver called & said he is on way. I told him I have not recd any info & is therefore cancelled after standing 15 min in SUN. He said OK pl cancel the booking. On good faith & cancelled it & find 81/- is puit to my a/c. It is fraud to pass on undue cancellation charge which pl credit to my a/c.

Till then I will never use UBER - where its controlled by fraud driver & charge on innocent.

I had payment done but not update in app

I was charged Rs 776 and claims it is unpaid for a travel from Jayanagar 4T block to my home at J P Nagar 7th Phase ( Nrupathunganagar) on June 25th evening around 9.10 pm. In fact Uber site did not even open and we went by alternate booking using someone elses phone. The fact that the distance is hardly 7 kms and the charge at Rs 776 is abnormal shows it is a wrong charge.

Yesterday I was asked to reload my uber site and verify my credentials stating that I am using another device to get into Uber site. I think there is some error at your end and kindly rectify the same and clean up my site so that I can book in Uber again.

Uber drivers are worst. Once booked the autos / car at the time of traveling the drivers are cancelling the bookings often. That will take a time to next booking. And drivers are asking the cost of rides. If the charges is not suitable of drivers means they are cancelling the bookings. And then drivers are asking extra money of booking amount.

Hi,

Today at approx by 5 -5.15 pm my wife have faced horrible incident with the uber driver. My name is Vishal Shinde, today I was trying to book the uber car approx from 4.45pm for my wife from Borivali Pruthvi Enclave 2 to Azad Gali chuna bhati ( Mumbai). After long time approx half and hour I got a car who came after 10 mins to the pick up point. His name is Mukudlal, Maruti Suzuki wagon R white car. Car number is MH04HY1353 with Thane passing. When my wife sits in the car he smell that the driver was drunked and talking to her very rudely. Told her that he has to fill gas in his car which will take sometime and the ac was also not working. So my wife told that I don't want to go in this car as she was afraid. But the driver Mukudlal didn't listen to her and started arguing with her and forcefully asking to pay 100 rs charge for cancelling the ride. She told that my husband is cancelling the ride through app and whatever amount will be there he will pay. But he was not allowing to go her from there and hold her hand in the middle of the road and took 100rs from her. My 2 kids was also there with her and she was crying on road.
