Its a mistake to book tour with this company
It's been more than a month we have booked the tour but there is not a good response from your management side. The staff told us that after the booking of the tour visa process will start within 10-15 days but it's been more than a month and our initial appointment yet not set and We have not got any information regarding that. Nobody picked up the phone calls and this sounds very bad on your part that there is no further proceedings on our tour to europe after the booking amount. I feel I made a blunder mistake that i have booked a Tour with Thomas cook.

Non receipt of receipt and communication
I have booked a Golden Triangle tour for my Company Personnel. However since a part of the payment was not shown in receipt I had asked for the same. Thereafter the concerned personnel have stopped communicating and refuses to take our calls.
Complaint
They never assist in any internattional call due to lack of knowledge of their own packages.
Scammed in buying forex card and pathetic customer service
I obtaineda forex card from Thomas cook, India, where I was contacted online by Mr Tabish Khan and he guided me (or shall I say, scammed me) to buy the forex card. I was told that I would have 2 refills from abroad and I need to contact him and he will do it. While trying for a refill, I emailed Mr Tabish Khan (Tabish.Khan @thomascook.in), who did not respond to any of my emails. I then escalated to the first level to Mr Pranav Jadhav (Pranav.Jadhav @thomascook.in), requesting help with a refill as I was very low on money abroad, and he also ignored my emails. I then called the Gachibowli branch and literally begged for help for refill, which he gracefully helped me by asking me to email arun.reddyp @thomascook.in. Now I want to have my second refill. I emailed again but there is again no response. Now this branch person Mr Subhash is also not responding to my emails and calls. I am broke here and I need urgently to refill my card.
This is pathetic service from Thomas Cook. I do not know personally anyone here, and I am literally broke and no help from Thomas cook. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO OPT SOME OTHER FOREX SERVICE TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM STRESS AND TROUBLES WHICH I AM FACING. Once they sell you the card, forget that they'll help you ever.
Non refund of cash
Yesterday around 12 noon I refunded some poundsGBP to the company at Kolkata Ajc Bose rd. Unfortunately after one full day and a half day this money was not credited to y bank. Several times I called them and they are talking rubbish that net slow, system down etc etc. I can't imagine this is harassment.
