I need installation of Four nos Bluestar AC of Model CNHW12NAFU. Pls do it urgently.

I am having a hard top chest freezer (CHFSD200D), which I have bought about 2 months back for my shop at Kaikhali from 'Capital Electronics' at Ultadanga. On Saturday (18.11.17) I have called customer care for servicing , today (20.11.17) they have came and saw my Freezer and told that there is a compressor problem and said that it has to be replaced and it will take 3-4 days to be replaced. But 3-4 days is a long time for me as keeping my shop close gives me a loss of amount more than 15000/- per day . So , as a result of this compressor my shop is totally dead closed for 3 days(including today).

So , it's my request that please get me a new compressor replaced by tomorrow morning or by first hour so that I can open my shop tomorrow evening . I will thankful to "BLUE STAR" if they repair it by tomorrow. In fact I have called Mr. Amit (at hare street, Dalhousie office, Kolkata)( phone no-9674882243) several times but he didn't gave a single reply to my any calls. Please look after this matter seriously.

We have small problem about AC. If AC remote switch off but AC automatically running. AC indoor are not closing. Could you please advise us.

Have been calling since Saturday. None of your customer care executives have been able to help me. They just keep the call on hold forever or say we will arrange a call back. Terrible service.

I bought a Bluestar AC on 21 March 2023. This AC has had a problem regarding cooling from the beginning since it was installed. When the AC was installed in March 2023, I verbally complained to the installation technician that the AC was not cooling sufficiently. They did not do anything about this complaint. I registered another complaint with Bluestar on 24 Aug 2023 that the AC was not cooling sufficiently. After this complaint, Bluestar technicians have come 4-5 times. They have re-filled gas once and according to them, there is no cooling problem with the AC. I completely disagree with this conclusion made by the Bluestar technicians. I feel the Bluestar technicians (sent by Venture Solution- owner Adil) are inexperienced and incompetent and they really do not understand what the problem is.

This brand-new AC is not working to my satisfaction, it is not cooling enough for me. Could you please look into this matter at your earliest convenience and help resolve the issue? Alternatively could you please replace the AC with another unit or model?
