My Tata truck 3718 break down since 16th April. My loss about 1lakh. Who will fulfill my loss. Reg no. Up67 at 0501.

My truck is standing in Rewa in Jawa village from last 50hr. There is no response from the company,no one has visited to check it.

I Avanish Rai purchased new Tiago car 4 months back.

Yesterday my car was break down than went to tata service center azamgarh with my car and told the story then he did something and issue was resolve but not given any satisfactory answer what is the exact problem and told by playing music battery is discharged, today morning again my car in break down condition and again send it to service center. I wants to know what is issue in your quality & commitment for better result because I have already have a 14 years old car of Maruti company but I never seen this type of problem.

I only request you to please arrange some good engineer for permanent solution other wise I will take other option for permanent solution. I have pay a handsome amount at the time purchase my car but today I am not happy with your services & don't wants this type of problem.

So I only request you to please help for this issue.

Sir, i have purchase tata ace 4 months ago and his problem that the engine is not work properly the engine oil everyday less and his running Km.12000 only and that problem is coming i am already 3 or 4 complaint something but the service centre denied to change engine. so kindly please i request to you change my tata ace engine tata ace registration no. I kishor gurav buyed a new tata tigor xt on 12/02/2018 from tata Devgiri auto alibag Raigad Maharastra. The car had completed one year three months.

On 17/03/2019 my car had a breakdown on a bridge in Dadar T.T Mumbai often one hours it automatically started again . On 14/05/019 my car had a breakdown on Mumbai Bangalore highway near satara and we had a great in convenience due to this. i had informed about this issue to devgiri tata service center Alibag but they are unable to solve it. So i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible because it gives us inconvenience when i am travelling with my family.

मैं दिनांक 10 दिसम्बर 2018 को आइडियल मोटर हाजीपुर से मैजिक मंत्रा खरीदा था। गाड़ी नंबर BR06PE1018 है। दिनांक 1 dec 2019 को छपरा के ललित मोटर्स वर्क शॉप में अपनी मैजिक मंत्रा दिए थे। और अब तक अपडेट नहीं दिया जा रहा है। पूर्व में मैने सर्विसिंग इसी ललित मोटर्स में कराई थी। बार बार मेरी गाड़ी लापरवाही तरीके से बनाए जाने के कारण मेरी गाड़ी में खराबी आ रही हैं। टोल फ्री number पर कॉल करने पर भी ललित मोटर्स के अमित कुमार के द्वारा गाड़ी के बारे में सही जानकारी नही दी जा रही है जिससे टाटा मोटर्स की खयाति धूमिल हो रही है। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि ललित मोटिर्स के अमित कुमार द्वारा नव शिकहुया मैकेनिक से गाड़ी का काम कराया जाता है जिसकी लापरवाही के कारण टाटा की नई गाड़ी बार बार खराब हो जा रही है। टाटा मोटर्स से विनम्र अनुरोध है ऐसे व्यक्ति अमित कुमार पर उचित कार्रवाई करे। अमित कुमार की गलती के कारण मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है कि टाटा मोटर्स का गाड़ी लेकर मैं धोखाधड़ी का शिकार हुए है। अमित कुमार के व्यवहार और लापरवाही के कारण मुझे टाटा मोटर्स पर से विस्वास उठता जा रहा है। पाँच दिनों के बाद भी टॉल फ्री नम्बर पर कॉल करने के वावजूद मुझे अपनी गाड़ी का अपडेट नही दिया गया और कहा गया कि डीज़ल चाहिए।जब कि मेरी गाड़ी में डीजल था ऐसा लगता ही कि मोटर शॉप से डीज़ल भी निकाल ली जा रही है। और गाड़ी बनाने के बजाए बहाना बनाकर मुझे वैकुफ बनाया जा रहा है।

we did not get proper parts and service at correct time from your motors. your vehicle lost its Tyre and its got complaint in its axel on 2 weeks ago. we inform that on popular motors but we didn't get any clear information's from popular mega motors at palakkad, kerala. what can we do if we couldn't get any proper services. is that our mistake,that we purchase vehicles from you? now its been 2 weeks still our vehicle is not get repaired on that popular service centre. we have informed at tata motors.

please take our complaint,and take immediate action on it otherwise we will move legally.

Tata motors service zero. Tata motors manager Ropar (punjab) no manner how to talk with customer. There level of talking is zero. Plz take action immediately

Today I have buy a new cng commercial but response of manager Ropar Service zero. I thing I have cancel the program of new commercial vehicle.

My vehicle is 2019 model and after that whole india is close due to corona pandemic 2019 at that time my vehicle service is done late due to whole closing of tata work shop in jammu kashmir. my vehicle service is done 4 months late. so that company have not given me warranty of my truck 2518. but other company like layland they have given warranty to their customers even their vehicles are running above 2 to 3 hundreds hours as per company norms. but tata have not given any relaxation to their customers. so brothers buy LAYLAND VEHICLE their service is fantastic.

Zero service tata only shows excuses your service is late your vechile is running less more. tata dont give warranty to poor people. tata is only for rich and big fishes.bye bye tata. i have to sell my two tata 2518 both are 2019 models from jammu kashmir

Ih ave in my fleet 30 vehicle Tata ultra buses 1014 model, all vehicles common rail high pressure pipe leakage issue, still date not rectify. lot of deisel waste and in center road brake down issue. this is corporate services all employees suffering on road clients complaints, how will run buses because of this manufacturing defect. asap please rectify.

Dear sir,
I am very worried customer of Tata Motors Due to your Authorized Workshop in Delhi (Global Motors with address-NH- 8 Rangpuri, New Delhi- 110037 Mobile- 9810649566).

I have repaired my accidental vehicle at Global Motors at the basis of insurance claim. Insurance company surveyor accepted all the payments which are provided by global motors estimate but after repairing of vehicle workshop is not agree to releasing my vehicle and they are making fake extra bills of approx 80000/- . which all are wrong. When we talks to workshop they says we does not knows Tata Motors, Its our personal shop and we are here for making money not for customers making (They says in local language that Hamne jo bills bana diya use koi nahi rok sakta hai, hame to paise chahiye or na hi ham extra bills ko explain kar sakte h hamare pass itna time nahi hai).This has happened to many customers those whom I knows. In this ways these peoples are trying to avoid Tata Motors.

Please solve this fraud ASAP . I am not able to pay more installments of bank due to halts of vehicle.
