I have always been a buyer of Sleepwell products but this time we ordered 3 mattresses and had the worst experience ever inspite of paying full amount.They made a wrong size mattress and they are not replacing it from 1.5 months. The branch at Anand, Gujarat is pathetic.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Have Purchased a mattress (Admire) from VR Furnishing on 9th dec. 2022. And just after 2 day I complained in shop regarding the Bulging of top cover of mattress, but I was instructed to wait for 5-6 days as the Owner of shop was not available. After 7 days again I contacted to the shop (VR Furnishing), this time the owner was available but the guy from sleep well (posted at shop) asked me to file a complaint on customer care no. 18001036664. I followed the same and registered the complained 240266.

The person from customer care instructed me to wait for 1 month as its newly purchased item and issue will be resolved after some time of use. I had wait for one month and called the again on 5th Jan 2023. This time the customer care registered the complaint with new complain no 241820. On WhatsApp I received the message that Mr. Dinesh Goutam has been assigned to visit the complaint. But as on date there is no any visit from any of your representatives.

Then again I contacted to WhatsApp platform on 13th of Jan 23 but there was no any response.
But on 23-02-2023, someone contacted from sleepwell with WhatsApp no of 6262906060 and he asked to send the photographs of mattress, I sent the same on whatsapp. And I received the tracking link which was stating that the Issue has been resolved, but in realty nothing has been done on my complaint, still I am having the damaged mattress only.

This is Purely harassment since purchased date and I am not going to tolerate this at all. This is my Humble request that Please attend to rectify the Mattress or I will move ahead to consumer court with complaint of Cheating, disrespect, Fraud and unsatisfying service.

I have all the proofs and supporting document for above statement. Please do the needful to rectify the mattress.
