I have purchased Access-125 scooter on dated 24th September'2017 from Dwarka Suzuki - Mahavir Enclave on COD basis. It was communicated to me that I will be getting Rs. 4000/= cash back on my paytm account and it will take only 24 hrs. after invoicing at their end. Till date I am doing follow-ups and visited multiple times, discussed with their manager as well but every time now excuse like delay at Paytm end we have initiated, Paytm system down, some mistake in putting promo code etc... but no action till now.

I would suggest everyone who is dealing with this vendor, take everything in writing else they will do similar cheating again.

Very bad experience in this purchase. I purchase Suzuki let's bike in pondicherry. AIP motors private limited, services too bad and we spending more time this purchase almost 20 days and finally speedometer not work in that bike.

I am working RMS AUTOMOBILES SAAS for past 3 years (suzuki motorcycles india private limited) in GM/ sales manager. i am the only one person attending customer and delivered more than 1000 vehicles but I got more more problem creating jeeva Gan.who contact tell this problem.send me higher officer contact details.if not I put all records in social media thank you I am to proud beeing part of suzuki two wheelers. Thank you alot.

I have purchased my suzuki access 125 disk break in March 2019. within 6 month I have reported complaint to Dwarka Suzuki, Mahavir Enclave 4 time regarding rear wheel jam issue, but till now I didn't get any satisfactory solution. Neither Mr Anil (GM, Dwarka Suzuki) nor Mr. Bhatt (technical person of Suzuki India, confirmed by Dwarka Suzuki staff) assuring me regarding issue resolved properly, and will never repeat again as 5th, 6th,...complaint in future. Very bed sale after service support.

My bike have several problems.Like ignition switch from the starting when I purchased the bike from Abhishek suzuki showroom chandrapur, many times I told,& every time they said they will solve but don't & also oil leakage & that alsodidn't solve it and every time they charge for it.lf my problems will not solve early as possible I will take legal action.

This is inform to you that I (Vardhineni Devi) had Purchased Suzuki Access125 vehicle in SARIPUDI AUTOMOBILES Ongole, Prakasam dt Andhra pradesh on 29-052020. On that day did temporary registration, in this we told them to enter only address in AADHAR. and also they had taken my thumb impression. But showroom staff wrongly entered my address in place of AADHAR Adress. So, RTO Rejected my Permanent Registration due to mismatch of aadhar Address.

So many times i approach to showroom people in last three months for this Permanent Registration purpose but there is no response from them now till date. So,Please Rectify the problem immediately other wise we will Consult CONSUMER FORUM On this Issue.

Today I will give 6th paid service the above vehicle Suzuki access 125SE on APP motors service center. when I collected the vehicle same day 7.00pm. when I checking the vehicle front top panel was broke.then I inform to supervisor.how will be broken? Our telling it's someone mistakes thereafter will call you!what will WE do? Pls action immediately. Suzuki dealer service center very worst.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: Speedometer Digital Display – Crack – reg.

Ref: Delivery Challan No. 2694 dt. 15/04/21

With reference to the above subject, I wish to inform you that I took delivery of Suzuki Access BT BS6 vehicle from your Dealer M/s.MPC Motors Private Limited, Gowrivakkam, on 15/04/21. After taking delivery of the vehicle on 15th and after using for a couple of weeks, I observed a small crack in the Speedometer. I immediately informed the service Engineer Mr.Sanjeev, who advised me to send the photograph of the crack. When the crack was small initially, I did not take any photo of the same. On seeing the photo taken when the crack became big, he informed me that he forwarded my request to Suzuki manufacturer, and was stating that this crack was physical damage, whereas, in reality it occurred during usage. For your information, the person using this vehicle is 65 years old and he has been driving the scooter not more than the recommended speed of 30 Kmph. So far we have used the vehicle only for 472 Kms.

We humbly request you to look into the matter and arrange to replace the Speedometer Free of Cost. This is the first time we have procured a Suzuki Bike, and the first experience itself is very disappointing.

Hope you would consider my request favourably.

Very bad experience in this Paid Service. I have a Suzuki Access 125 SPL Edition Scooty. I went to service center (17/07/2021)for servicing in (MOTO SPHERE,H-152,sector -63,Noida).I am very disappointed with service center.there are no facilities for customers, no proper electricity, mechanic also not working properly, roaming around by scooty always and not caring, they don't know how to write customer's invoice, till today i am not able to get my invoice from this service center. I have never seen this problem earlier. Still I have same issues in my scooty like (self start, over racing and other also).

Dear Suzuki Two Wheel Customer Care -DOCUMENTATION FRAUD - ERROR

Requesting you to please take my complaint-Documentation fraud in respect of my Two wheeler case , I have taken Access 125 from KGN Auto private Ltd , Pune as per invoice

I have recently come to know when RTO traffic police asked me regarding papers, my Vehicle nos is of Four wheel instead of two wheel. I have not received my RC book from dealer / RTO. I have given down payment & rest I have taken loan from IDFC first bank as mentioned in tax invoice

I have went to IDFC bank – Dhole Patil Road Pune to ask what documents they are having , they are also not supporting. I am not able to run my Access on Road due to this Number plate.

I humble request you to take my complaint on very high I have paid my hard money for purchase of this Access money during Corona. I have taken this Access to travel from pune to new mumbai to meet my old parents ( my father is paralysis person to take care )

I request you to investigate with KGN related why RC book is not given / Why Insurance paper not given / Why payment paid receipts not given

I hope you will consider this mail as a valuable customer of Suzuki / I need your help I am very disturbed due to this all

I purchased my Suzuki burgman on 29 may 2022. 5 months ago I purchased is Bera Suzuki( Trendytech Beramotors pvt. Ltd code no- 159102 Bagna, Howrah). The noise is coming from the wheels of this Scooty right from the start. I have complained many times to my dealer service centre( Trendytech beramotors pvt. Ltd). Till now I didn’t get any satisfactory solution and no problem is being resolved.

I bought my vehicle on April 2021 from SMK Motors PVT LTD, Porur, Chennai. During Dec 19th, I met an accident with my bike(TN-09-CX-0106) nearby Porur and took my vehicle to SMK service and leave it for accidental service on that day itself. They said normally it will take around 20 days to make it ready due to Spare parts. Then I went after 20 days and enquired about my bike, they told that the parts are not yet received because of Christmas Holiday the Suzuki manufacture plant was shutdown upto to New year. Afterthat every day I called them for my vehicle but they are not responding properly, so I visited directly there and checked to know about my bike status.

Finally after 40 days(31.01.2023), they called me and told that the vehicle is ready for delivery. Immediately I just visited the service center and checked my vehicle, in that one of the damaged parts (Cowling under LH) not changed but costs of the item including labour is charged from the insurance company. I just checked with them, they are convincing me to take my vehicle from there, this damaged item is not covered by Insurance and you need to pay from yourself for that. After that I just shown the bill to them, afterthat they agreed and promising that they will replace that damaged part in another 3 to 4 days. But for the past few days again I am following them(try calling more than 20 times), they said that your part was ordered once arrived we will fix it. But today morning I came to know that the part has not ordered yet., I just asked them what you have ordered for my bike, they are simply blank and again they telling the same lie it will come in another 3 – 4 days and will be fixed.

The same thing has been raised to Service & Showroom manager, but no action taken for us. They are simply cheating us. They received the amount, but failed to support us.

Is this delay is because or Suzuki company or service center service. The technician in the service center simply blame us on company, they are not delivering the items.

Now I feel shame on buying this Suzuki vehicle from this dealer.

When my problem get solved, whom I need to raise this problem?

I have handed over my suzuki gixxer 155 cc bike on date 17-05-2023 10.30 am, for paid service basis for repairing of oil chiller (righ side) which was leaking of oil but today i.e after 2 days they informing me that oil chiller service not available right now for reparing . please let me know where i can repair my bike even suzuki show room service centre unable to do repairs. its worst answer and bad reply received from your suzuki service centre. please resolve immediately my issue or else take my bike return and pay my amount or replace with new bike because for not providing proper repairing facility. being a customer of suzuki two wheeler, iam struggling now. thank you.

Through this letter we want to tell about our inconvenience,we purchased SUZUKI ACCESS125cc Top end model at ONGOLE in the name of NOORBASHA YAMUNABI on the Date of 19/01/2024.They didn't provide bills of Rs.1.23 Laks, that is the amount we paid at time of purchasing.The total spares of vehicle are not fitted perfectly and at same time they didn't provide remaining spares to us. They didn't provide bills of spares.
