Swiggy Is not available in Bhiwandi city. Alot of franchises, cafes and restaurants have been established in last six months in Bhiwandi, we only have a local online aggregator Named Jedlo, which is booming since lockdown, and doesn't provides any offers or satisfactory service. in Bhiwandi only Domino's listed on swiggy. We need Swiggy in Bhiwandi, a humble request from an old customer and well wisher. Bhiwandi is transforming into a food Hub.

I ordered food. One was chiken biryani another was chiken chowmein both was horrible.Chiken chowmein was burnt and the taste of biryani was horrible.

Start my id. I don't know why u Stop my id and Staf k sab k sab itne bure h k gaali dene ka man krta h. Koi bhi kaam ho swiggy se to paise lete h staf yaha pr noida sec 18 maine apni shift change krne k liye bola to kaha k 1000 rs lagege .or bahut sare rider se paise lekar unko ache ache order sent krte h yaha k staf or jo koi rider paise na de to uski id par order kar kr dete h yaa uski id band kr dete h. Meri bhi id band kr di bol rahe h ki tum order deliver kr dete ho customer ko begair diye. Or meri bhai ki bhi id band kr di. Bola k tum kisi ko id share kr rahe ho.

Issue details:-
(1) actually customers two order placed but first order amount paid, this order received another delivery boy,but customers not reachable through,this order cancelled.
(2) second order COD Order ,this order my received, I'm reached at delivery location,this order handover to customers, but This COD order, I'm asking to Please given me money but customers not given the money.
(3) customers answering:- I'm already paid first order amount but that order automatically cancelled, amount not refund, this order amount not given to me, this customers answering
(4) CC team after 20 minutes this order cancelled,

Customers taken by order not given the money, I'm asking so many times but customers not given the money, after order cancelled, I'm live it, this issue, I'm return come back. after one month issues, now my I'd is deactivated, customer not a genuine issue, this issue fake issue raised to customer, please sir active my id 30049.

I am not got my refund in Malleswaram office they are told that we will refund you within 2 days but it already a week even though swingi unable to process my amount still. please refund me my amount.

I am very dissapointed with the service of Swiggy.I have ordered a cake for my friend while tracking it showing some other address so,i gave a request to cancel the ordered ,got a call from Swiggy and they asked whether I want to cancel or proceed,I need to proceed as it was my friends birthday today but I dont from where that glitch had happened,my delivery address was correct but while tracking it showing some other address,the delivery agent refused to delivery it to the correct address as it was far for him,asked me to pick it from him,as I was out of the town i couldn't able to pick it up, neither my friend was.After all this cancellation fees was put on me.Kindly fix your glitches,so other should not suffer like me.

If your delivery partner cancels order without come my apartment. In your policy if delivery partner does not go house or apartment and cancel order and refund also not provide. I understand phone is not reachable some network this meaning not customer is not genuine and cancel order. Your Delivery partner at least goes my house and check if house is close or delivery address not proper and phone is not reachable, this case you cancel order than i justify without come my house your delivery partner cancel order. i constantly checking application delivery boy location there no movement and time showing 12 min. if time at least comes 2 to 3 min.

We need Full Refund because we not cancel order my side order cancel Your Partner or Delivery Boy Without Reach my Apartment and House You should also check delivery partner goes to at least delivery address or not ... because some network not working in properly call not reachable in some area this meaning not to cancel order and refund not provide..

I am Kunal I order my food through swiggy but unfortunately swiggy browser take my incorrect location and I didn't receive my order. I tried fo connect with customer care for regarding my refund or delivery partner deliver my order here but customer care or your beck-end team cancelled my order without taking my permission. I can't afford this type of loss cause I don't have the much money these are my savings. please i request you too refund my money as soon as possible

I quit the job 2 weeks ago. The security deposit was deducted from me and has not been refunded yet.When I called HR and she said I can't talk about all this.

Sir, meri I'd khuch dino se pending mai chal rhi hai or mujko job ki bhutt jada jarurat pad rhi hai sir apse gujarish hai ki app meri I'd ko pending process se hata dijiye jisse ki mai apna work jaldi se jaldi kr sku sir pending ko kafi time ho giya. thank you sir.

I have ordered som snacks for my guests.from monjinis. The delivery boy did not have change. I requsted him to wait for a moment I shall give him the change after collect it from my neighbour. But he said he can not wait because he is in hurry. His behaviour embarrassed me in front of my guest. Then he very harshly said that he is cancelling the order & l should pay cancellation fees for that. I said it was not my fault that’s why i am not liable to pay the fers. Within a moment a lady called me & ask me that giving change is not mandatory for the delivery person. I was busy to arrange food for my guests as because i did not get the ordered food I said the subject is not for my botheration your management should bother for that. After that the lady cut the call. Now when I want to order with swiggy a lumpsum amount of cancellation fee automatically added with the price of my order. Is it a customer friendly app or else? If that will be the behaviour of swiggy with a number of customers who has not change in his home then please mention it in your terms & conditions. Nobody want to be humiliated like that.

I ordered food from Swiggy. Whose order number was 157967065960589 and the bill was Rs 242. The order time was showing 40 minutes, so I canceled it, my money was not returned and on the call it was being told that it will be returned too. Why is it so? When I canceled the order, it did not show anywhere that the amount for cancellation will not be returned either to me or not. The amount should be refunded to me or my order should be delivered to me.

I ordered a veg thali from swiggy but unfortunately it was very bad and wasn't smelling good. I had to throw the food and want a refund.
