I am cancelled my tickets but not receiving money my PNR NO IS 4331667951 name is BAMBHOLI MUKHIYA please refund money.

I have cancelled my ticket on 17 November but I am not refund my money yet.

I am not getting any support. I have booked two tickets in tatqal 1 was confirmed and other was in waiting. I had to travel with my family so did not travel because other ticket was showing in waiting list then I request callback by ixigo spoke to ixigo agent he said if you will cancel tatqal booking you will get 1 ticket basic amount refund which is in TQWL i agreed and i cancelled that ticket and ixigo agent confirmed that your ticket is cancelled and you will get refund within 3 days. I wait about 3 days and again spoke with ixigo agent he said wait for 1 more day. Next day again i spoke with ixigo agent he said your ticket was not cancelled. I informed him that i already cancelled ticket and confirmed with you guys.he disconnected my call. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS CASE I WANT MY REFUND BACK FOR AMOUNT 1695.

Amount of Rs.2600/-have not been deposit transfer of my Accounts till date against the UTR no IGAOXWAIO7. This is for favour of your Kind inform and needful action.

Ticket booking failed but money debited.
Money refunded back in ixigo Max money and than I have initiated a refund in my account through UPI I'd from ixigo money. Utr no. 304350793741.
Still money no refund in my account so please look into this matter .

My ticket PNR Number is 2626480583. Ticket from New Delhi to Muzaffarpur and booked in ixigo app . But I am many times to contact is customer support number but I didn't contact and many times 24*7 chat services but my issue is not solved and money is not received so please my refund money transfer to my account.
