Dear Livpure Ro Team,
I wish to complain about the no service response for livpure ro (PEP Model), with registered number 9992895566 that I purchased on Nov''2018.

I am complaining because after service request (Under warranty) due to RO working is still not attend by any service engineer .My call no. is "JS19040201331 on 02.04.2019". Even before I also many times call to customer care from my another no.7015777514 but I received only promise for service which were not actually executed.

I am also an employee of Maruti manufacturing company and we always give our best response to our end user(customer) but in case of your service, you are worst.

I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives by my rights "Consumer Protection Act, 1986".. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
