Perfect match mattress purchased 5 months back but sleeping on mattress i am getting back pain.

The mattress of the company are worse than local brand, there is no quality and on calling there is no service.

I have purchase the sleepwell mattress one and half years before with extended warranty of 7 years now my mattress has become lumpy the quality of mattress was not better than local brand.

I am sending mail but no any response. The service is very poor.

Not just mattress even pillow from sleepwell gives similar comfort. And after using the pillow one can see the difference and experience it , having both pillow and mattress from sleepwell is a bliss for life.

Purchased mattress from Jaipur, before buying shopkeeper told that there will be offer from the company, some discount and will receive sms for the same. But till now there is no offer sms receive and the shopkeeper also refusing for the same. Customer care is also not responding. Totally unhappy with the service.

I purchased a Sleepwell Mattress on the month of May 2017, for Rs.29,000 from Bangalore. Now I am not able to sleep properly, since my legs go numb, when I sleep in this mattress. I tried sleeping in a different mattress, I did not get any sort of difficulty. Later I checked, and I found out that the mattress has a uneven surface, and that was the reason for my leg to turn numb when I sleep.

I purchased mattress size 78/84 Prima I got bed sheet of small size. shame on sleepwell.

I purchased mattress with 7 yrs Warranty but quality is very poor. I complained for the same they said within 15 days they will exchange the mattress, but it is more than a month but now if we call customer care they are not responding properly.

i expect some one respond to this comment from sleepwell.

I bought 2 Sleepwell mattresses(Dignity 78'x36'x5.5) from Agarwal's Mahatma Gandhi Road Secunderabad Hyd.TS on 4th May 2019 till now I didn't get the free pillows.

Company is not responding for service. Bad quality of mattress, the mattress has uneven surface within a year of purchase. My complain no is 113307 .

I am a faithful dealer of company from last 5 years and now they took my dealership back with out much reason and giving dealership to a person who is selling kurlon brand.

I purchased 2 mattress of Aakash model of Sleepwell. With in 6 months, sagging occurred in both of them. Very poor quality. Local brands may be better than Sleepwell.
